Would not recommend this place to anyone.specially for the bridal jewellaries. The quality and after service is so poor.

They say that all their stones refixing (for the fallen stones) is free, its true but even though you will feel dissopointed and regret for having them for your wedding jewellries.

Cause they took long time to respond and even after the repair you would definitely have to go again and again to visit their store for repairing.

My wedding ring must be having a long time at swarnamahal for repairs than on my finger.

Never recommend this place to anyone here after. So disappointed. I got married like one year back but my ring was bought to swarnamahal for repairs for 4/5 times now.you will definitely regret if this happend to your wedding ring.

Bad experience as a first time customer here, no proper arrangements when collecting the items which was ordered through another branch.

Bought a gold necklace. I would say an unmatched customer service. Branch manager (Mr. Pavithra) and the sales executives (Mr Vimukthi) were very keen on the explaining us the technicalities. Would definitely come back again. The prices are the most reasonable I have found in Sri Lanka

Bad experience with nugegoda Branch They made us helpless and gave us a necklace at a very high price. They did not make the necklace we ordered a month ago. Who’s fault is that?

We were left waiting for more than 15 mins. Without even asking us what we came to look for. We were really disappointed with the service!

I exchanged some of my old gold jewellery and got some new ones. The staff was very helpful and patient. I am very satisfied. To top everything they had parking space too.

I'm a doctor and my husband is senior engineer.we are very much disappointed with da customer care from swarnamahala Pettah (pitakotuwa) Branch.yesterday we went there to buy rings and there was a lady, she talked to us very unpleasant insulting way, she force us to buy what she want n NT giving chance to ask Q n select our own choice.last we were very much disappointed and went to muttukuruppan chettiyar jewel shop and those people were very nice n we dd our shopping there.swarnamahal pitakotu branch NT recommend.very much bad experience

I visited Vouge jewellers & Swaranamahal at the same day. If I compare both, I give 5 stars for Vouge & 2 star for Swaranamahal.
In Vouge jewellers, 5 star service. We find more beautiful designs in vogue than swarnamahal.
You need to improve that.

I have been a customer for 12 years now and always have found high quality jewellery at competitive prices. Customer service have been good thought my experience with SM.

I write this in response to the individual who had claimed that the 50% credit card discount was fake. Let me clarify this, All 50% discounts offered were only for the white gold gem studded jewellery and the discount given was absolutely genuine. For other 22k gold jewellery the discount offered was UP TO 50% which too was a 100 % genuine. No establishment will gain anything by lying to their customers. I am sure that they strive to offer and give the best to all their customers.

You can find nice designs of jewelleries. Trustworthy name and charges little higher compare with other Jewelery shops.
