Winsetha Medical Hospital

I have taken medical reports from winsetha medical center located at Ananda Rajakaruna Mawatha several times, but today (15th October 2023) at 7.50 pm I went and requested for it, but the nurse who acted as the receptionist said that now the medical center will no longer provide medical reports.

Please do not mislead the patients and if such rules have been newly added, please inform the front of the medical center or on your respective website.

Also, I hereby express that I am very sorry that the trust you have placed in the institution so far has been broken due to the actions of your representatives.

One of my relation has gone for Dialysisi to the hospital. Their charges seems to be the lowest among private hospitals in Colombo & with morden machines.

I recently had an experience at this hospital, and I must say I'm genuinely impressed. The operations were run pretty efficiently, ensuring that patients, including myself, didn't have to wait unnecessarily. There's very friendly & kindly staff.

Clean and hygiene place. Friendly staff. Good rest rooms available. Rest rooms are clean and standard. The reception and staffs are very helpful and responsive. Consulting services are so good. Very satisfied and strongly recommended this hospital.

It was a sudden situation i had go to a doctor @ mid knight.went to OPD at winsetha hospital. The doctor was very good and examined me thoughrly and convince is they have 24hour pharmacy service. Highly recommend in urgent situations.

Really disappointing service, wanted to channel a doctor and after paying the fee they said the doctor is not available and when asked to refund they said it’s taking time.

Went to Winsetha hospital during last week for a surgery. All the staff were very supportive and gave all the details about the surgery in advance.

I went to Winsetha Hospital for an emergency treatment. From the beginning reception staff guided us properly and gave all the details and charges clearly. OPD nurses were friendly and supportive. Charges are also reasonable for their service. Highly recommended.

Met the consultant at Winsetha without unnecessary rush. Nurses helped us to do all other checkups and Winsetha has all lab, scan and other facilities under reasonable prices.

Bad service. Doctors ok. For the admition Rooms not maintaining. Foods also repeating same manu for all three times
