I stayed two nights following to a bad cough associated with severe asthma
Service is excellent, Nursing staff is very kind and helpful
They looked after me very well
Facilities are very good. Cleanliness is well maintained.

Very dirty washrooms. Eventhough this is a highly charging private hospital the hygiene is very bad.

I've channeled Dr. Kapila Vitharana 2023/09/14. They gave me time that 06: 45a.m but now is 7: 45a.m still doctor isn't coming. The staff gave me wrong time. They are wasting our valuable time. Actually i ithink The Asiri Hospital Galle has not good service for clients. Plz dont do like this.

Too expensive.
For consultations they charge near as same as the doctor. As an example, if the doctor charge is 1000 LKR, their charge is 950 LKR.
Hospital owner thinks that is knowledge is same as the consultant.

I can provide feedback solely on their services, and I must say that it's one of the finest medical facilities in Galle. The staff members are not only friendly but also create a serene and clean atmosphere. I've visited this facility several times, and I've noticed significant improvements in their services compared to the previous management. However, it's worth noting that the hospital charges are relatively high

Sent here by insurance. The child had a temperature of over 40, so we left after 9 pm. For some reason, the assistant sent us here and said ok, they will see you. As a result, I was seen by a therapist, who then simply said that he doesn’t look at children! I asked some questions, listened a little and that was it. Prescribed paracetamol! The next day we were referred to the pediatrician. She looked, but sent me for tests and said come back tomorrow! Why? The child had a temperature of 39-40 for two days, they did not offer hospitalization, and did not immediately send him for tests. I just prescribed paracetamol! The temperature did not drop all night! For the third time I’m afraid we’ll come and they’ll prescribe paracetamol again? I'm shocked. This is a small child. Do they really care so much about small children that they just treat everyone with paracetamol? ! In other countries, we were immediately sent for tests, hospitalization, etc. It's just a nightmare here. If there was a lower rating, I would give it -100!

Overall this is a very good service provided Hospital, I have seen so many reviews about this hospital, nothing to complain people, I have seen from best to worst, all are human beings after-all, if you are complaining it's your own matter not the Hospital staff is responsible for everything, be patience & wait for your time comes to see the Doctor, they have a ongoing channeling number system available which is so easy for all the patients who comes to see the Doctor, Doctor may not be arriving on time, so don't blame the staff there, Blame the doctor who does not come on time! I highly recommend this Hospital for all foreigners who are here in Sri Lanka! Visit and experience the difference!

Not Recommended. Prices are too high. Specially NOT recommend it if you are looking for OPD service.previously it was given good service for a reasonable price. Even Laboratory prices also too much now.this is my personal experience.

Only good thing still I can see staff is friendly. They guided well.

If you are a foreigner please do not use this hospital because compared to other private hospitals prices are too high.

Admitted there for Ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy.
Better overall experience.

Immediate actions to be taken for the following negative points.

*Lack of toilet facilities.
*Expensive channeling charges.
*No box for suggestions & complaints.
*The hospital staff seems unhappy bcz they hv no smile on their faces. (Maybe need a salary increment)

Not recommend. I admitted to this hospital for my delivery. Though there is a belief that government nurses are rude, they are 100% humble than the nurses and sisters here. Normally we admit private hospitals to get comfortable service, but I experienced disrespectful hospitality. I felt that I had the postpartum depression just after the delivery as I had to stay few days there

Very unsatisfied service. My daughter admitted hare for influenza. They immediately informed to MOH without our any acknowledgment. I faced to many trouble. Before any third party discloses regarding their illness, patient should have a right to know about that.

I channeled a doctor and did the payment. I wanted to change the appointment to another doctor, and I called and confirmed it. Also I confirmed whether I had to pay again and they said " no, produce the payment slip and they will transfer the appointment from there " and they gave me an appointment to the doctor whom I wanted to channel. When I went to channel the doctor on the day of appointment they transfered it and I channelled the doctor. When coming to get the prescribed medicine they came and told that it cannot be transfered, and they haven't said anything like that through a call. Then i showed them my call recording which clearly shows that they told it. Then they told to do the payment as it would affect the daily balance of the hospital and they will refund it. My husband then paid the amount. Now they are telling that they cannot refund it, that the doctor wont refund it,
I CALLED AND CONFIRMED WHETHER I NEED TO PAY AND YOU SAID NO. I DID THE PAYMENT THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE THAT IT WILL AFFECT THE BALANCE SHEET AND THAT IT WILL GET DEDUCTED FROM YOUR MONTHLY WAGE (AND YOU SAID THAT IT CAN BE REFUNED, THAT YOU WILL DO YOUR BEST TO REFUND IT). NOW YOU TELL THAT THE DOCTOR WONT REFUND IT. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD IT EARLIER BEFORE CHANGING THE APPOINTMENT. NOW THEY ARE TELLING SORRY IT'S OUR MISTAKE. PLEASE GIVE INFORMATION PROPERLY DON'T WASTE SOMEONE'S HARD EARNED MONEY.

Average experience when compare to the other private hospital I have visited. The front office staff very disrespectful and not really helpful for customer. Doctors and other medical staff member are great.the hospital facilities are not well maintained and clean a it look.

Services are not bad. But charges are too high. There's room for improvement. Bit more systematic than before.

It is ok. As usual all doctors are late for their appointments. If this is a private hospital then they should have some standards and make sure their visiting doctors all come on time. So many patients left to wait for long hours without any explanations or sincereity.

Terrible & dissapointed

Its really meaningless to admit here for any illness. Employees are very careless, even cordinator does not knows what is process of the hospital & what are the steps should be go through. She told me orthopedic doctor will do the anesthetic part too.it really really mess.theatre facilities are good. Doctors are very nice & ground staff works like government hospital.

Finally they take three hours to prepare final bill. The girl named Kushani helps me to get rid of this.she is the only person with heart.

It is like a nightmare.really really disappointed

As an in patient beware there is not NO hot water in bathrooms u less you ask for luxury room

Nice place to get medical checkups. Professional staff with understanding doctors. These guys take care of their patients very well ️️️
