Avani Bentota Resort

Surfing and a city playground are nearby. Not far away are shops and places where you can eat delicious food. The room is clean, but the bedding is stained. Terrible internet wf. Everything is saved by the presence of a chic balcony in the rooms on the first floor. There is a place where children can run.

We had stayed 01 day and Foods variety less compared similar hotel. Bathroom water very very slow. Restaurant, Bar staff excellent service, reception staff push us to check out at 12 PM even though they don't have bookings after us.basically 50/50

Spacious room. Good condition. Would be gmkood to add more amenities such as extra pillows, an iron, a tap outside the room etc. Enjoyed the stay

The thaala benthota is beach a front hotel.located beside the benthota beach hotel.
The hotel staff are really friendly. The front desk staff are fast and supportive. They have arranged early checking even the hotel fully booked.
There were two swimming pools. The beach is not rough.
Foods are avarage. Cleanines needs to be improve. Specially in the resturant wash room.

There are many activities are near by. Surfing training is one of grate experience here

We really liked the accommodation, especially the proximity to the beach, facilities and food. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted every morning after breakfast with handcrafted animals (dog, turtle, elephant) made out of towels, which room service, Saman and Tharanga, left for us. We were always very happy about that. In general a very successful stay, we would love to come back!

Was there for 2 nights on work. Nice location with a beach access. Not a big spread on food but tasty. Friendly and supportive staff.

Spent the Xmas Eve and Xmas Day 2022 @ Avani Benthota and it was truly a remarkable stay. Nice beach and well maintained garden, delicious food and extremely friendly staff!

Amazing room with an even better location. 30 seconds from the room to the beach. Service was also very good especially Jayanthabx. Both pools are very good and mattresses on Su beds was a lovely extra touch

We came here for a hotel visit. There were two swimming pools. Ashan Sir helped us lot of and guide line. The staff is good and very friendly.food and beverages section is very clean and foods are tasty.

Beautiful location and very helpful staff, all very friendly and Jayantha went out of his way to help accommodate our request to stay an extra couple of nights in our deluxe room. I can thoroughly recommend this room, spacious and extremely comfortable.

It was so damp in the room that things were spoiled. Passports were also damaged due to dampness and an unpleasant smell remained on clothes. I also didn’t like that russian flags are hanging everywhere, does this mean that you support the war? In the restaurant, hair comes across in the food, the room was dirty. The staff constantly staring at you, they follow you, there is no freedom, they constantly pester you, you can’t calmly relax. % in the restaurant is huge, everyone is trying to cheat you out of money. Also, the hotel manager did not want to settle us in a normal room for which we paid, he asked for an additional payment. They also forgot to call us a transfer back to the airport.do not recommend at all

We are HND students, we are come to hotel visit. The hotel is very good and nice palce a visit for tourists, they have good hospitality and good customer care to tourists.food and beverage side is bery interested
