- ආයතනයේ සේවකයෝ (වෛද්‍ය වරුන්ගෙ සහයිකාවන්) කස්ටර්මස්ලට සලකන්නෙ බොහොම පහත් විදියට. කස්ටර්මස්ලා නැති තැං වලදි කස්ටර්මර්ස්ලා ගැන කතා කරන්නෙ "අරූ. ඌ, ඒ යකා, ඌට පිස්සුද මන්දා" වගේ වචන පාවිච්චි කරලා. කස්ටමර්ස්ලාට කතා කරන්නෙත් සෑහෙන සැරෙන් සද්දෙ දාලා බය කරන්න වගේ. සමස්තයක් විදියට මේ නර්ස්ලා හැසිරෙන්නෙ හරිම නූගත් පහත් පෙලේ මිනිස්සු විදියට.
- ආයතනයට අවශ්‍ය තරම් සේවකයෝ නෑ. රිසෙප්ශන් එකේ කෙනා හතර අතේ දුවනවා එක එක වැඩ වලට. සේවකයෝ කොයි වෙලාවෙත් ගාල කඩා ගත්ත හරක් රැලක් වගේ කස්ටමර්ස්ලවත් අරෙහෙට මෙහෙට තල්ලු කර කර දුවනවා.
- පිරිසිඳු කම අන්තිමයි. රෝහලේ ප්‍රතිසංස්කරන වැඩ වලට ගෙනාපු අමුද්‍රව්‍ය තියෙන්නෙත් රෝගීන්ගේ වේටින් ඒරියා එකේ. වැසිකිලි දවසකට සැරයක්වත් පිරිසිඳු කරනවද කියලා හිතන්න අමාරුයි.

සමස්තයක් විදියට මට දැනෙන්නෙ රෝහලේ පාලන අදිකාරිය හොඳ සේවාවක් සපයනවා කියන එක තඹේකට මායිම් නොකර සල්ලි හම්බකිරීම පමනක් මූලික කරගෙන රෝහල පවත්වගෙන යනවා කියලා. මමනං එතනින් එලියට ආවේ ගෙදර මැරුනත් ආයේ ඔය ගුබ්බෑයමටනං යන්නෑ කියලා හිතාගෙන.
