This was a very nice experience. Very good ayurvedamassage from Udita. The stuff and price was very good. I can realy rekommended this place.

They poured oil from head to toe and rubbed it in for an hour, and called this action a full body massage! I don't recommend it

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I experienced the 3-day Ayurvedic massage treatment. The initial consultation was with Dr. Uresha who was very informative and caring explaining me the key Ayurveda concepts and recommending me a specific treatment and food plan. I had Nishan doing the massages, and it was an amazing, very relaxing experience. I can highly recommend him as he is very professional and covered the different steps of the treatment with patience and care. Very authentic, I will definitely repeat if I have the opportunity to do so. Thanks!

I experienced the 2 day Ayurvedic massage treatment. Shanuka undertook the massage following a brilliant consultation. Shanuka was brilliant and provided good pressure through the massage and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling very relaxed!

I am visiting this center from time to time and I have always enjoyed massage that I revived here. Personal is attentive and very friendly. Massage is professional, I would definitely recommend this place. Good combination of price and quality!

I had my massage done by Shoromi. She was really good at massaging and always asks if she should take it a bit more easy but we had some sort of oil placed in my hair. They told us to wash it off 1 hour after it was put in our hair. However, it lasted for a week. All in one, I would say that the massage was excellent but be careful when they but oil in your hair.

Can certainly improve their standards, especially hygiene. Very average massage and there was some background noise so it wasn't that relaxing.

If you visit Bentota and wish to experience true ayurveda, Bentota Ayurveda Center is an absolute must! Their treatments are amazing and very effective, this is the reason I often come back to visit their center, in Sri Lanka. Under the guidance of Doctor Uresha I've tried acupuncture, deep tissue massages and cupping. Thanks to these treatments, already after 1 week of daily therapies, I felt much better and solved my knee pain. They are indeed one of the best ayurvedic center worldwide I've visited so far, also because they use 100% natural products. Instead of applying cheap massage oils, at Bentota Ayurveda Center they use balms and ointments specific to your dosha and health problem, which makes a huge difference in terms of results. Mr Lakmal, the owner, is extremely reliable and competent. I've appreciated his Team of therapists, in particular Mrs. Nayana, their commitment and also the advices they gave me to improve my wellbeing. If you look for true quality, this Center is highly recommended!

After a lot of online research and physically visiting other massage spas I shortlisted this one and it was excellent. Don’t think twice, just go! Me and my wife took the 1 hour full body massage package and it was the best 1 hour of our day! Very affordable prices, very polite and extremely professional staff.

Amazing place for Spa. Lakmal is a really nice guy he helped us a lot & gave good recommendations for places to visit in bentota.

The 3hours experience was top notch, from the excellent full massage to sirodhara to inhalation, its totally a wonderful and relaxing experience to me and my body.

Did 2 hour treatment and acupuncture treatment. Have never felt relaxed in any of the Spa done so far. Treatment is real authentic and staff who does is equally talented. Must go place if you visiting Bentota for relaxation. You can add class of yoga or Rekki from lakmal (owner) to get complete relaxation.

Now I am at home: +2 C, cloudy and raining.
But I am feeling happy, because I had very good holiday time.
I visited twice Bentota Ayurveda center during my holiday: I had 2 hours and 3 hours treatments.
I was extremally satisfied by the treatments.
I would recommend everybody to visit Bentota Ayurveda center!
