Great apartment for a great price. Really lovely guy who helps with tuk tuk and does the cleaning around the apartment.

You get a lot for your money. Super good experience with really nice managers who recommended us what we should experience and also provided a washing machine and kitchen, as well as common areas where we played cards. Nice temperature, with air conditioning and fans, clean towels and bed linen.

The air conditioner is cool, the wifi works well, the hot shower is great, and the water pressure is good. I like it overall.
The condition of the room is slightly older than the pictures on Agoda, but it was nice to feel that you are taking good care of it.
It's a semi-ocean view, so you can see a little bit of the sea, but the window is large, so you can stay for a long time without feeling stuffy.
There is a shared kitchen, so it's good to cook, and there's a refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is kind, and other guests are quiet, so I had a good rest!

I am glad that I found this apartment, where I lived for two months, changing 4 rooms. Affordable price, clean inside, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and fans, WI-FI is fast and catches in all rooms, hot water is always available. There is a kitchen, microwave, washing machine. To the beach 1.5 minutes walk
Features: the building is located between the railway and the highway, but I got used to it very quickly, despite the fact that I have problems with sleep

Great spot on Hikkaduwa with all the amenities at a price you can't go wrong with. The rooms are spacious and clean! AC is so key in the heat!

Enjoyed our stay and recommended for someone making this their base.
