Beautiful hotel right at the beach, very ästhetic rooms and a great garden.
The hotel owner was very friendly. They made very much effort by serving us a delicious breakfast with fresh fruits from the garden!

This is the best place that you can find, no need to make search for hours, just book this place. Very kind peoples, clean rooms, large breakfast, ocean in 2 minutes walk, in 5 minutes walk many restaraunts. I stay in Villa with own large swimmig pool, 3 rooms with own bathrooms, beautiful garden with own coconuts. Many more words to say but you have to watch yourself.

It's a great place for the relaxation! Hotel's staff friendly, helpful and nice. Breakfasts are delicious! The room was clean, spacious and bright. The garden is just awesome. The ocean is super close. Totally recommend.

Few cons: the train is close to the house, but it's easy to get used to its sound. The wi-fi connection could be better. If you look for a place to combine online job and your stay on Bentota better to look somewhere else. This one is 100% recommended for a vacation and technical detox.

Lovely place to stay. Excellent location, right on the beach, on the quiet section of the beach. Great breakfast in the morning, on the grounds outside among the trees. Rooms are very comfortable and cool, nicely done. People are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time.

Nice Hospitality, Good Breakfast. Beach is 5mins walk, although route has a rail track.

Good and clean rooms but bathroom is bit small and inconvenient. They also arranged tuk tuk for us for local sight seeing.

Tuk Tuk driver, Raja was very helpful. He took us a to a nice village shop for buying authentic spices.

Good Breakfast, nice fruit platter. Bread toast, omelette and tea/coffee.

Beautifull place, near beach, friendly host family. Train pass every few hours, during night also, but after first day become funny. A great place to stay in Bentota

Very clean and tidy. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful with whatever we needed. They provided us with a neat and clean kitchen, well equipped with all the cooking materials and beautiful crockery. We had our own private pool. It was an amazing experience. They also have ayurvedic massage services. Would love to stay here again.

The owner Chitra was very hospitable and knowledgeable.
I had a 1 day package which includes massage, doctor counseling and food. I highly reccomend if anyone want to have a couple of days treatment with a reliable doctor.

A gem of a place in Bentotta. Hidden away just behind the beach, this place is about 5 minutes walk to the beach though you need to cross railway track for the same. Built over 100 years back this place is a work of art. With very beautiful interiors including some antique furniture, this place will win your hearts. Add to it extremely helpful hosts and their hospitality. Do try their breakfast as it's arranged beautifully in their lawn. The ayurveda massage place too is very good. Would definitely recommend this to all.

We visited for Ayurveda massage. It was so nice time. Staffs are hospitable. If you want to know the price, please see photos. It is affordable compared to hotel massage. (I've uploaded price list.)

The massages were awesome. Specially two hours massage and shirodhra. I will come back surely. I highly recommend this place

The place is infested with big cocarochs and when it rains they start falling from ceiling and flying at you. You can smell them inside the wood cabinates in the kitchen.
The unit is inaccessible by car and you have to walk narrow unpaved roads to get to it. If you have lougage, baby stroller, wheelchair or old peple it is difficult to get in and out from there.
The swimming pool has no fence around it and there is a deep cliff without a fence.
Mobile phone signal is weak.
Most of TV channels were not working.
