I do not know where to start. Fantastic hotel! Great architecture, great location, great food, great people, great service. We were there with the family for a week and had a really good time. Thank you for everything.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The service provided by Shadi at the front office was exceptional, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant. The restaurant staff, Udayangani, Uditha,
Room service Navin, and Dumitha, were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our dining experience was delightful. The food was delectable, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the entire staff was warm and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again!

I took a tour of this hotel.
Tour the lounge, restaurant, garden pool, and suites in the old building (original design by Geoffrey Bawa).
This suite is said to be the room where the president also stays.
Chic, gorgeous, sea view, everything is wonderful.
The large bedroom has a spacious bed surrounded by a massive canopy and a large balcony arranged in an L-shape, with a view of the large pool below and the ocean beyond.
The breeze from the sea is cool and pleasant.
I think it depends on the season, but $1200/2 people feels reasonable.
Lunch was served buffet style.
Next time I stay, I would like to have a cocktail while soaking at the poolside bar.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is stunning. The rooms are amazing.
They have 2 pools and a third for kids. Breakfast is a great spread of food.

We came from Acumatica Sri Lanka, and enjoyed a very warm and comfortable stay. Angelo, Iresh, Amila, and Pradeep looked into all needed coordinations and was most communicative and supportive.

I tried to contact the hotel many times to get to know some information but the receptionist transfer your call and nobody is picking up after. It made me frustrated and so I gave up. Such a bad service to offer for a customer when asking for an information

One of the finest in Sri Lanka

The Cinnamon Bentota Beach hotel really did keep us in awe. Right from the entrance we were presented by the beatiful architecture of this venue alongside it's natural aspects.
It should also be mentioned that the staff were really friendly and were always keen on helping us which made the stay so much more better.
The rooms were really good and looked upto date with there being no plausible issue.
The facilities and activities which were presented by Cinnamon was also very good, Having a Gym, Kids Area (which represented a Table Hockey, Fusball table, Pool Table, mini trampoline and a slide) and with three pools next to each other for a comfortable swim.
Not to forget the food that was available at the buffet, the varieties included Indian, Chinese, Sri Lankan and international cuisine from around the world alongisde it's desset options. The food was also incredibly delicious.

Cinnamon Bentota beach hotel is one of the best places for a stay. We checked in to the hotel for our honeymoon stay & we both were super satisfied with the services they provided us! I must say that the resort ambience is absolutely stunning with an amazing view and a clean beach access. Buffet is gorgeous and tasty which are served in large portions. Further, they had additional activities available around the hotel such as water sports and boat rides. The hotel ambiance and cleanliness too was in great quality! Ample parking available. Highly recommended!

Loved the stay. Amazing hospitality, responsive and positive attitude. Smiles all along. The housekeeping was exceptional and trustworthy, I even had a bundle of my money left out on the cupboard, it was there just like that when I returned after 5 to 6 hours. Special thanks and gratitude to Danushka and Chandrasiri who well kept my room for 12 nights. The bar, restaurant, management all above expectations.

2nd time after the renovations. No regrets choosing CBB and will do it again

My family and my self enjoyed the stay at CBB. Relaxing, Food and Service were great. Great Staff, Great location and Clean. Loved the kids area. Rooms were clean. Amenities and items in rooms were with great quality. Small coffee pod machine per room too.

Next trip to CBB already planned:)

Very great breakfast and dinner buffet which was different and delicious every day. Also the staff is very kind and helpfull, especially Wasana the guy from the pool. We've had a nice and comfortable last stay here from our wonderful journey throughout Sri Lanka!

Cinnamon hotels always offer top notch service and Cinnamon Bentota lives up to it. The weekend buffet offered a massive range of food. The location had quick access to the beach. The only downside was that the Aircons in our rooms weren’t working properly and our room floors were wet during our entire stay.

Had a great stay

The place looked beautiful with the additon of it's natural surroundings also with it's manmade interior.
The staff in the hotel were very friendly with a big smile on their face and were always keen on having a laugh.

The food was also exceptional and really did make us happy.

The facilities present were also very neat and had no visible problem.

We had a great stay there and would always recommend others to visit this venue.

We have selected Cinnamon Bentota Beach for our annual staff get-together, and we have stayed here from 29th July to 31st July 2022. This hotel has a great theme that follows the architectural legacy of Geoffrey Bawa and is situated in a beautiful location.
Hotel management was extremely accommodating and allowed us to arrange many activities to entertain our staff and their families.
Every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff, was delightful and always eager to help. The rooms are unique, modern, clean, and the views are good
The hotel has several dining options, the buffet was very comprehensive by choice, and the food was delicious.
Further, the hotel has several entertainment options well suited for families and staff get-togethers. Our staff members and their families had a great time.
I highly recommended visiting Cinnamon Bentota Beach to get an awesome hospitality experience.

We have been here only for eating buffet and for drinks.its a very nice big hotel.lot of different
food available at buffet.very beautiful bar.unfortunately there was no a la carte menu for lunch or dinner or breakfast.we would probably then go more often.but nevertheless we always enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks and the stuff was extremely friendly.can recommend a visit for sure
