Nice place, there is a swimming pool. Spacious room. We saw monkeys, monitor lizards, Rama's squirrel and beautiful birds every day.
Breakfast is monotonous, but tasty.
A little far from the beach and shops, but otherwise excellent for relaxation

This year was my seventh time in Sri Lanka and I have never met a better host than Bandulai. A really helpful, kind-hearted and above all honest person who does everything to please his guests and to accommodate them. His accommodation is very clean, modern and well equipped. Although the accommodation is located a little in the hinterland of Unawatuna, it is super green all around and you can hear the birds singing when you get up. The way to the beach takes about 10 minutes and leads through a small, idyllic village where the children wave from their houses when you walk by. The value for money is good.

Perfect hideaway.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Rooms deserve a five star rating, I put 4 because my room has dampness in its air, may be due to lack of use during corona phase, but I got used to it.
The whole experience makes up for it.
