Coral Sands Hotel

Visited such a beautiful place after a long time. Convenient location, easy access to the beach, good food, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Amazing place for all sea lovers. Hotel has a good buffet, nice relaxing environment. Such a beautiful hotel with nice staff. We had a great time

My experience at coral sand was nothing but great! Starting from the door man to the amazing team in the reception who made our stay super memorable by helping us through it all such as the safari tour, sight seeing and alot more!
The pool was super clean with a beach view and access

It’s a good place to have a relaxing vacation. I have booked 4 rooms and one of the room was giving a bad smell like molds. And another room had key locking issue. Overall it’s a good place. Live kitchen food was much better than the buffet. Staff was really friendly and promising when it comes to their duty.

I can't hide my disappointment with this terrible hotel. It was dirty, run down to impossibility. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was in a nightmare. The room was just terrible. The bed was hard and uncomfortable for me personally. The bathroom was a nightmare. Shower cubicle could be better. I just could not believe that for such money I got such a terrible apartment.
Manager - Sanjay always climbed up to me with his strange proposals. It seemed to me that he wanted to take me to the scammers who would scoop out a lot of money from me. I think this is a really terrible level of service.

A very nice and pleasantly quiet hotel in Mirissa. Five of us stayed here a few years ago but I can still remember the entire hotel well. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were great. The private swimming pool invites you to cool off in hot weather. If you like, you can also unwind on the hotel's own beach. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance, which also speaks for the hotel and the location. I couldn't find anything negative here.

You can pay to use the pool without staying for 1200 LKR / Person

Decent facilities - reasonable pool for kids to play in nearby the beach.

Nothing to write home about

Hopped in to use the pool for the afternoon & ordered some snacks, exceeded expectations with their services & delicious food! Locals are known for not trying out this property must but definitely they are missing out on a well price-fair property: (

The view is amazing and being able to go out and jump in the water is fantastic!
Some very persistent tourist sellers just outside the hotel that are allowed to talk to you when you are on hotel grounds over the fence can be a bit much.

Prices in the bar and restaurant are quite expensive.

Lots of noisy russians.

Rooms are good. Very close to the beach. Dinner and breakfast are buffet. Good atmosphere. Toilets need to be upgraded. Overall good.

Old, rusty, run down, dirty, badly maintained hotel for 80 dollars per night! What a waste of money, we only stayed one night.

The hotel is old, to expensive, the staff is nice but the rules of the hotel are bored, there is not much to do, Pool close early, bar close early, billard close early.
You can find better hotels around here, in better price.

Very beautiful place and very reasonable price. View is absolutely amazing.

But I have totally disappointed with their foods and buffet.

They mentioned buffet time 2 Hours.but when you go to buffet after 30,45 minutes almost foods were finished and most of the dishes not available and they were not filling those items. I don’t know why?
All 3 meals had same salad items.

Some Foods was very tasty and but they not filling those items.

Very reasonable crowds on that day and I think they have to do more for their customers.

Staff members bit olds and not very friendly.

But I have to mentioned that again very beautiful place and view.
Very good foreign crowds also there.

Hope they will improve the Food and beverage section also.
