I felt forced to buy the ice cream the owner was trying to be nice but he went on and put a flavour n the cone before U wanted it and he wanted me to try a flavour i didnt like. The ice cream felt like ice (melted and refrozen) and the flavour wasnt good

The truth is that I have not tried many ice creams in Sri Lanka, but this one has been very good and quality. They are artisan ice creams, with fruit and typical flavors, and are made by the sister of the woman who works, in the same house, with fresh milk. It is recommended to try them, they also have sweets, shakes, etc.

Made inside that same house in a homemade way and with natural milk and little sugar.
We ate 2 different flavors; coconut and cinnamon. Very good and natural taste.

I think that there is the best ice cream in town. The stuff was really friendly. I got the mint flavour and the flavour was popping

The best homemade ice cream in the whole southern province! The ice cream is 100% organic, loaded with flavour! My favourite ones are salted caramel, passion fruit, rum&raisins. The variety of flavours is splendid and it was so nice when I asked about the green tea one (it was on the menu but not in stock) and they made it in a couple of days

I just adore dropping in at this family ice cream cafe not just to grab some ice cream and coffee which is delicious as well but also to have a lovely chat with the family. They are extremely hospitable and caring. The owner of this place has a great sense of humour and it’s a great pleasure to see him and talk a little bit.

If you visit this gem, it will become one of your warmest memories from the entire trip to this island.

This place sells amazing ice creams with plenty of flavours. They have a few flavours I've not seen before, I tried the 'Crunchy Cashew' flavour and it was amazing!

BEST ICE CREAM I have ever had by far! We had the mango ice cream, magic mango, and the Oreo chair and were all exceptionally delicious! Proper homemade. The highlight of our visit though was the honey crunch: coconut ice cream with honey and nuts. My friend took one good look at her second portion of it and went “this is the good life” super tasty, super rich, super creamy. All of that is served by Tariq, the very friendly owner who makes you truly feel at home. We will be back!

Delicious ice cream in many flavors. Small portions for the price, but this is Galle Fort. Owner is very friendly and helpful, and we had a nice conversation with a family from South Africa.

For Foreigners: I have no idea

For Sri Lankans: This is like your sister's ice cream recipe gone wrong. I had two ice cream cups, one in dark chocolate flavour and the other one in crunchy cashew flavour. Got two Nescafé plastic cup sized ice creams for Rs. 1000. Dark chocolate one is just regular chocolate ice cream flavour. (Worse than any other chocolate ice cream I've ever had.) Cashew one tastes like frozen fresh milk with some peanuts inside. Normal elephant house or Cargill's ice creams are better than these. Also, they are less expensive than this garbage. I think this shop is much overrated. If you are a Sri Lankan please avoid this place. Buy a Cargill's ice cream cup, you'll be much happier than eating this.

Ice creams here are on another level, and great hospitality definitely check this place out if you are going to fort

One of the best and homiest ice cream places at Galle Fort. Nothing like their homemade Coffee ice cream to beat the heat. Absolutely wonderful service and reasonable prices too.

Delicious ice, ice coffee and such a friendly owner! I love the colorful terrace, perfect to calm down.

Während wir in Sri Lanka waren, konnten wir dieses schöne Café Diary King in Fort Galle besuchen.
Sie haben verschiedene Sorten von hausgemachtem Eis, Säften, Browies usw. Ich entschied mich für Maracuja und es war köstlich.
Die Leute dort waren freundlich und ihr Service war auch ausgezeichnet.
Ich würde jedem empfehlen, der nach Galle geht, um diesem Café einen Besuch abzustatten, und ich bin sicher, Sie werden es nicht bereuen.
