I rented a ntorq 125 bike for 1.5 months in January-February 24. Everything is cool and clear: when the rear wheel came apart while driving, they fixed it for me within 40 minutes without charging me a penny

The deposit was returned without problems and in the currency in which it was paid - in dollars

I had a really new scooter, everything was fine and there were no problems. Really flexibel with the communication and he even came to pick the scooter from my place.

I’ve been renting from epic ride for 6 months now and I’m very happy with a bike and with a service. Very honest, very reliable. When I have even small complaints they are fixing it right away. They never leave me without bike. I can call any time and any problem wil be solved. And bikes in good condition, that is rare in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend to all my friends.
Most of all when Sri Lanka has petrol crisis we were always told what petrol station has petrol and he even helped me go trough all the crowds and get the petrol without any problems and safe, I’m very greatly for a good service and will continue to be a costumer.
Now Sri Lanka has no problem with petrol, but it’s good to know that Epic ride will help if I needed.
