5I recently used Hansi Digital Color Lab & Studio for a Sinhala typing job, and my experience left much to be desired. I handed over the task about a week ago, and after a week, I received a message stating that the work was completed. However, when I went to the company to collect the typed document, I was told it was not available because the typist was absent that day. After persistent inquiries, they managed to locate the document but it had numerous typos. Unfortunately, they were unable to rectify the errors promptly. My overall experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this company if you require timely and accurate services.
