Horrible rooms, stinks of mold, damp, stained bedding and curtains, mushrooms sprouting and growing from the pillow, wires sticking out.

Went to check in and after inspecting the rooms decided to not stay since the room was dusty and smelled mouldy. Pool also didn't look suitable for swimming. Wouldn't recommend for stays specially if you have kids

Das wohl mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel wo wir ins unsere 3 1/2 Wochen Aufenthalt in Sri Lanka hatten!
Das komplette Zimmer hat an den Decken Schimmel! Ebenso ist der Flur des Hotels mit riesigen Schimmel Flecken umgeben.
Der Pool ist nicht komplett mit Wasser gefüllt und die Drei halb kaputten Liegen Die das Personal nutzt um Küchen Lappen zu trockenen bringen auch keine Urlaubsstimmung.
Nach dem Duschen stand das halb verschimmelte Bad unter Wasser, da alles undicht war. (wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer!)

The staff is superb! So kind and sweet people. Food and juices were also nice. Clean and room with sea view. Unbeatable for this price!

The hotel has a backdoor to the beach and the view is great. The breakfast served here is also very satisfying.
Besides that, it doesn't have anything else going for it. The rooms are not well kept and their design has been grossly overlooked. ACs are installed in a way that only 2 out 3 persons can get cooling from that. There are no backup generators in case of light outage. The staff is nice.

Very nice place, with sea view, and a pool if you dont want to do 10 more steps to go to the sea to have Bath).
Very nice crew, always listening your needs to provide the best service. I highly recommand. (For tourist they have money exchange office at the left side of the entrance)

It was good hotel to stay. Near by beach. Hikkaduwa main beach is metres away. But bit overpriced.

Decent place that's coming up. Good facilities including a pool and very very clean washrooms. The breakfast can be improved a bit.
