The appartement scheme is very pleasant. They maintain it very well. The have security guards as well.

We stayed in Richmond Hills. Just a stone thro away from Galle Railway Station & Bus Stand. For holiday makers who are looking for a space of their own at the end of the day, Richmond Hills apartment is an ideal place with ample of parking space. There are furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give group or families the maximum flexibility to enjoy downtime. The security team is very courteous and always with full of smile. Don't forget to plan your next holiday at this premises.

Very calm place to get relaxation from your busy life style. But its not very beautiful and luxurious as mentioned.
Poor design and lack of maintenance as per my point of view.
But Good place to live.

But the place is not for Travellers who are willing to enjoy their time while in Lodging.

This is a new housing scheme for the government officers and others. The basic facilities are ok and there is enough parking.

Management is handing over apartments with deffects (not brand new conditions). Unprofessional and rude marketing manager Ajith. Full payment was done more then 1 year ago. Apartment was promised to be ready 1,5 years ago. Still waiting for the managment to fix broken floor tiles and bathroom defects. No response to messages, phone calles, e-mails. Be aware, it will happened to you!
