Worst cheesecake in my life. It's not even a cheesecake to be honest. It's more like some dry bread with some tasteless cottage cheese on top. I don't know how they got 4.9 stars

Amazing cakes! The carrot, pineapple and banana and chocolate cake was so moist and perfectly made. The brownies were the best I’ve ever had!

Excellent cakes, we tried banana cake, pineapple cake, brownie and carrot cake. All of them were very delicious but our favorite was carrot cake

Sometimes the simply things in life are the best, and that clearly goes for a homemade Cake, cakes like pineapple, ginger, banana, date, banana and chocolate, butter cake, brownies and caramel slices, as well as fresh loaves of bread are what Homemade Cake do so so well.
You select the cake tell the lovely gentleman or his wife how many pieces you want, they weigh out a piece and the price x weight if what you pay.
The cakes are incredibly good and don’t be surprised if you don go back at least once.we did!

The best place where you can drink proper capuccino or oreo milkshake in Hikkaduwa. We visited this place manytimes during our stay in Sri Lanka, we tryed banana, ginger, caramel cake or brownies. It is obvious that these sweets are made with love️! Greetings from CR!

I regret eating here, the cakes are sooo good I will probably gain weight before I leave because I’m sure to return! I had the brownie, pineapple cake and sourdough bread for guacamole I made and OMG this is the best bakery I’ve been to in a long time! You can tell the food is made with love and prices are amazing

We tried both the pineapple cake and the banana-chocolate cake and they were so, so good! Just like one would make back home. In fact, even better! It’s so moist and fresh. We’re going to skip lunch tomorrow so we can eat another piece of cake. No joke!

The couple at the shop are very welcoming. Every cake there is unique and delicious in its own way. The chocolate banana cake is a must try!

I was in SL for my birthday & didn't go for a cake because felt everything would be sugas & butter slathered.
Stumbled upon this place while passing by & stopped for a slice. Had 2 more flavors because went bonekrs with the taste!

One of the few places in Sri Lanka which serve real homemade cakes (cheesecake, date cake etc.) that are not butter&sugar only. Nice cappuccino.

Friendly staff and great brownies, it is rich and chocolaty and every thing you wish a brownie to be.we tried the date and the banana cake as well, it is moist and flavorful.
