Induruwa Beach Resort

There is no way to give it zero stars avoid avoid avoid, they lied about everything the hotel was closed they had no guests staying, took my money and told me they could not do anything.the pool had excrement in it and not been cleaned crows were bathing in it. Only one guy running everything told me they had no stuff.saw the owner she ran off did not want to face her lies

We had a very comfortable stay at Indruwa Beach resort.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with mesmerizing view of the Indian Ocean.
The private beach and swimming pool were really clean.
Overall had a very pleasant experience

Under maintenance for now.most of them are not functional. But best view to enjoy and good breakfast.

Very very poor! Cockroaches in the bathroom, the taps don’t work, no water, AC does not work, dog poop in the middle of the hallway to the room. And when we wanted to complain, we called the reception at 10: 30 pm and the staff has completely left the building! No receptionist, no waiter, no manager! What kind of a hotel is this?

We had stayed in indruwa beach resort for one day.only three or four rooms were occupied, all other rooms were empty.we were in the third floor, no one else der! Like a ghost area.no hot water, dey can't even put the lights on. Restaurant also not good. I dont know whether indruwa is a working hotel or not. The reception staffs not aware about what is going on der, at 6 o clock all left the hotel.nobody in the hotel at night, only one security was der.very bad experience from dat hotel. I can't recommend dis hotel.

All in all a good trip! Rooms nice, clean and comfortable beds. The best location with direct beach access and great food. We loved the SriLankan dinner.

The place feels like a deserted, creepy hotel. No staff in reception after 6pm (like 0 people so when we called to request bathroom soaps/shampoos which were missing no one picked up for hours).

No lights in the staircases, unclean (as if quickly cleaned months ago and unused since then), and an overall feeling like the hotel has been abandoned to the 2 or 3 staff people working there and who are victims themselves of the poor management of the hotel!

We checked out 2hours after checking in because it didn’t feel safe and it was the best decision we made in our entire trip! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The hotel was under renovation, and until we arrived there we did not know. The rooms had no AC and there was no proper water supply.

Pathetic experience. Property is good but not at all recommended no facilities at all. No water facility available in hotel even to brush your teeth. Staff is not at all good people working over there are slow and lathargic. Rooms were dirty when we stepped in even the dusting of room was not done. Worst experience! We have been there to spend our vacations but horrible experience.

Vast area, beautiful view, spacious room & balcony, beach is just few steps away, breakfast buffet was decent with a good spread. In spite of all these I've given poor rating because the resort was deserted, & creepy. When we checked in, it felt as though there wasn't anyone besides us. Girls at the reception didn't know even little bit of English. We checked in around lunch time & we were told there's no lunch (not surprised, why would they cook for 1 guest). Later in the evening, we met few others who had the same feeling about this place (skeptical about whether it's safe to stay here). Fortunately we checked out safe the next morning. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Too bad travel agents book such places taking advantage of tourists unfamiliarity with new places.

It’s very difficult to make a call to the reception because it’s always line busy.now I called several times.but didn’t answer the phone.customer service is poor from the beginning.

Excellent scenery. Very affordable compared to other hotels. Rooms were very good. Staff were very cooperative Only issue is the sea was too rough for swimming. (visited in April, unsure abt other months)
