Wonderful hotel with a beautiful infinity pool. Huge rooms and amazing staff. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a serene and calm stay!

I visited the property for lunch after a morning cycling. The service was attentive and extremely friendly and I spent a wonderful rainy afternoon relaxing at the restaurant. My meal was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful walking through the menu and sharing info on Sri Lankan dishes and ingredients that were unfamiliar to me.

It’s the hotel with most picturesque rooms we have ever stayed. The care taken in interior designing is simply amazing. Each villa of the the hotel has an unique breathtaking interior design. Have paid great attention even for the smallest details when designing the rooms. From the nicest smell which welcomed us into the room the room, bathroom, private pool, hygiene, everything were perfect and very well maintained.
The staff was extremely friendly and volunteered to give us a tour around the estate too.
The food was delicious and ranged from local to international. Their chicken curry is a die for.
A great place specifically designed for relaxing amidst a busy lifestyle with nice, calming, breathtaking views, a good collection of books and amazing food options.

Our stay at kahanda kanda was one of my favourites. The staff was super nice and the room interior was simply amazing. Everything was perrrrfect.

Out of the 4 wonderful destinations we stay at on our trip to Sri Lanka this was our favourite. A piece of paradise. Our villa was absolutely beautiful. The service was fantastic. The staff were so lovely. The style of the place was stunning. Tucked away you wake to the amazing sounds of the wildlife. Each morning I would swim in our private pool & watch & listen to the animals. Truly magical. The food was delicious & beautifully presented by such friendly staff. Cannot fault it. We took lots if videos so unfortunately we only have a few photos to show.

Our favourite holiday! Beautifully, consciously designed spaces, amplifying the natural beauty of this tropical paradise. Large luxurious, comfortable, private, quiet room, spectacular views, incredible wildlife, private pool. Great staff, always pleasant and very kind/polite. Excellent food. We did not want to leave and will be back. Thanks so much George and staff.

Our stay at Kahanda Kanda - Boutique Hotel in Sri Lanka was an amazing experience. It's a scenic property that is eco friendly filled with beautiful scenery and is more importantly completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city life. IMO, a perfect place for a couples retreat.

Amazing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Food was great and staff very hospitable. Their WhatsApp assistance during the stay is seamless and efficient. The pool villas are great for an isolated and peaceful holiday. Looking forward to be back:)

Fabulous hotel. Gorgeous and very private villas in a working tea estate surrounded by jungle. The wildlife and birds are amazing and the views are incredible. Sometimes you wake up and see peacocks or a mongoose wandering outside your window.

The villas are beautifully appointed and decorated by a very talented interior designer.

Service is absolutely wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The chefs are very flexible and will make you delicious food even if you have many allergies like me.

Wifi works really well and if you have any issues they give you your own router for your villa.

I quarantined here and they got me anything I needed, from medication to hair colour.

Cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough, it’s unique and the environment and service make it unbeatable.

This place is highly misold as a luxury place but in actual fact the service is quite poor. Food had to wait over an hour and they kept getting it wrong, no decent food and remember we are in Sri Lanka where the food is amazing but definitely not offered here. Attitude slightly stinks here, I get a sense they try to adopt a too posh and snobby attitude when serving guests. Really appalled.

Avoid this place honestly plenty of decent hotels around Galle which are much more appreciative for your custom.

We had perfect Holiday. Luxurious yet Blended with Nature, Villas. Good food and most of all exceptional Service.

Stayed in Dubu. The service was quite disappointing.staff was not good at all. Room was excellent.
