There is a well-designed kids play area. Kids love it. So while you are dining, your kids can play there.

A large dining area is there. Nearly 60–80 people can be accommodated.

Well-maintained washroom facilities are also available.

Overall, it is a good place to dine.

The place to go in Galle if you want to have a long chat. Huge space so dont worry about being bothered by staff. They wont mind. You can basically order something and hangout the whole day

It was so loud in the restaurant that the staff couldn't understand you. Almost no customers on site and still waiting 10 minutes for a snack is not the purpose of a fast food restaurant.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC Galle. The service was subpar, and the food left much to be desired. I requested garlic paste, but was told they didn't have it and offered onion paste instead. However, when my order arrived, it was just chopped onions and green chili. Quite amusing, to say the least.

One of the worst KFC branch in Galle.i placed the order via online after one hour they called me and informed me that they cant deliver to my location.

Horrible place to dine in. When westerns say goodbye to KFC our stupid Asians embrace it with pride. Which is so pathetic. Go and visit dine in a small restaurant in Galle run by humble people instead of wasting your money on KFC

We went to Galle KFC and orderd Hot Drumelts and drinks. We got our drinks.the cashier took our order ask us to come and take our food. We asked from her is this our food two times. Then she was sating yes. Suddenly she came to our table and shouted saying you took wrong order we were shocked how she shouted at us.then she were saying i have to pay for this and blah blah.and we went to the cashier and explained still she were argiung.and we cancel our order.and payed extra what we got. This was Disappointed how they treat to customers.

I ve been there for many times. Service is awful. Sometimes customers are treated like eat what you get. No matter what you ordered.

Foods ara not even typical standard.for example our burgers have not include any of vegetables or mayo.only chicken in middle of buns. The burger shops on the streets offer better burgers than KFC

As usual common standards of KFC. Food quality was good and okay with the customer service. Even though l work close to this place, not visited more than 3,4 times. Any how overall happy with KFC Galle. Parking space is limited as the entire building has only one parking floor eventhough the building has multiple businesses up on running. So you may have to park some else where and visit this place.

Horrible. The place is dirty and stinks. Air-conditioning is set to the bare minimum. You feel your in a government office. The food is not fresh either. We were served stale onion sambol today. Overall it's the worst KFC I've stepped into.

Good quick service. Management Constantly monitor client behavior for keeping safe distance.

Did not feel warm and welcoming atmosphere though. Probably because everyone these days is Covid paranoid and the whole building has the same gloomy look. Perhaps this should be moved elsewhere.

There's nothing special about this place it's clean and quiet but wouldn't recommend for a date.
I've been there a couple of times but to my surprise, they didn't have ice cream (I have no clue why). Other than the ice cream, it was quite a nice experience.

Cozy little place which is smack in the middle of busy Galle town so you can reach here with a 5 min walk from railway or the bus stand. The food is nothing to write home about, but not bad either. The staff is alright as well, not overly friend, nor rude. As far as KFCs go, this one is alright.

I previously rated 5star but now im gonna make 2 star because of their staff. They are very unfriendly and unhelpful

The place is very untidy. I had to wait more than 20 mins to get my order done.sometimes the place is very crowded and you can't even find a place to sit. I saw most of the tourists came suffer a lot which is very bad for tourism in Sri Lanka.anyway there are few things to consider about the client satisfaction and if you give this place in a good hand, this place would be a wonderful place.

Ordered Just a burger meal and it arrived after 25 minutes Poor service horrible food stone cold fries.i do not recommend to others

Underground parking facilities available only for few vehicles. Close to Galle bus stand and international cricket stadium. Very poor customers care given. Not properly maintain washrooms facilities also. Only KFC in Galle district

Worst KFC in the world easily. And I have tried KFC in more than 50 countries. I do not think the owner cares at all. The staffs are not respectful or friendly as well. Well, basically there were lots of stuffs that could be improved

Worst KFC. Advertised valentines day promotions are not available/ valid in this restaurent. Managent is not worried about customer expectations ever. When there is a promotion ongoing island wide howcome this outlet can not accomodate them. Very dissapointed
