Staying in the owner house with his family brings about its flaws, typically noise related, however this is a rather opulent home with lots of trimming. Shame the additions to fixtures aren't of the same standard.
No view, lots of street noise, coffee machine & TV remote not working and AC had its own desire to work, or not.
Outdoor lounge cushions need a good wash or replacing and hand mark on the walls need painting over. Rather salubrious space makes one feel almost lost in the main or bathroom.
