3 Booking told us this homestay had a free room. So we didn't book through booking so the host could avoid the fee for booking.c0m.
So we walked there, opened the gate and asked for the room which was still available on booking. Woman said "No" for no reason.
Host lost us this way so because we wanted to stay there for 5 days.
Actually i don't know her reasons but this is not customer friendly.

We saw on booking that several rooms were available and went there without a booking so that she has not to pay fees (20%) to booking. We went into the garden (there is no bell) and she saw us and got out of the house. We asked if there are rooms and she said no - even though there were rooms on booking available - so we said okay and turned around. We were not in the mood for discussions. THEN she asked how many nights we want to stay but we didn't react to that and just said "you already said no" and left. Unfriendly person and this way she missed 5 nights of paying guests.
Leela our host is lovely and kind. It's a 2 bedroom main level house. Leela lives on the top floor. The house 500 meters from the beach.
