2 Excellent location and connectivity to the tourist attractions. Unforgettable hospitality and loved the greenery around the property. It's more of a homestay than a hotel though. So you may have to share the floor with other guests. One shared bathroom for two rooms is a little bothersome once in a while, especially when you are in hurry. The rooms need a few improvements as well - without window mesh either you'll have mosquitoes or a stuffy room. Bulb needs to be replaced with CFL and no mirrors in the room.
These few shortcomings can be easily forgotten though, once you start enjoying Galle, and of course the excellent hospitality of the owners.
One of the best home stay to relax and enjoy the serene beauty of galle. Walking distance from the city and you can find everything that you need from the local shops.
The hosts are the most friendliest people I have met.
The warm Sri Lankan welcome and the hospitality and the gourmet sri lankan meal made by the host was delicious.
