I have purchased a variety of items from Lihiniya over many years. The products have always been exceptionally well made and the overall services has been superb. Posting internationally has also been no problem, and the goods have always arrived well packaged and safe. Very happy to recommend this company.

I first came across Lihinya Gems while travelling in Sri Lanka and have bought things from them several times since. The quality of their workmanship is excellent as is the service that they provide. I would recommend them.

I am living in France and ask Lihinya gems for a tailor made ring. We chose together the stones and the design of my ring. It was easy to appreciate the gems quality and what my ring would look like thanks to photos and videos they sent me. Once the ring made, i was able to ask for some tiny change. I eventually received my Perfect ring at home and was very satisfied by the result. I highly reccommend Lihiniya gems!

The quality of the products was first class. I purchased a ring made up of various gems which is beautiful.

Fantastic jewellers. I wish I could show you the photos of what I purchased. My first purchase was 2 rings that I had seen on their website. They did not have them in and made them, but even better. The ring was a double layered ring, but Irshad suggested making 2 stacking rings. One from blue and one from White sapphire. They are beautiful and can be worn in several combinations. We were so impressed we asked Irshad to replicate a diamon necklace that I recently lost. Irshad surpassed himself. The necklace is stunning. Polite, customer focused, contacted regularly to tell us what was happening, went out of his way to make things happen in a small time frame, great advice and competitive pricing. What more do you want?

I came into store after emailing some specifications of rings a few weeks before our holiday in Sri Lanka. (Review TripAdvisor for more detailed reviews) I was welcomed by friendliest team and the manager Irshad came and discussed rings, he was very patient as I ended up changing my mind after seeing the most beautiful blue spinal and a handful of other wonderful jewels. He had got white sapphires in an unusual shape in especially for my ring even after only email communication so they were ready when I arrived in store.
We discussed both rings and how I wanted to wear them (stacked so the top ring was more difficult to made as it needed to be fit perfectly round the bottom ring) this was not a problem, Irshad called his goldsmith to double check on the specification. We were kept up to date with the progress of the rings through Whatsapp which was great as I was very excited.

We only had 2 days in Galle and were moving to Bentota for a few days, Irshad delivered the rings in person a couple of days later. I could not be happier, the rings are perfect. Exactly what I asked for and even better! Thank you so much, I can honestly say I will be back to buy more brilliant jewelry and would 100% reccomend friends and family to trust in this wonderful family run business. Great store, we went there today March 10th 2018. Great customer service and selection. Bought a beautiful blue Sapphire ring. Can't go wrong with this place. Will definitely come again when we're back in Sri Lanka. Thanks again for the great service to the owner.

I bought a beautiful 3 piece (ring, necklace, earring) star sapphire set from this shop. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. We were not put under any pressure to buy which is what I particularly like as I do not buy off pushy sales people being a sales person myself. Only place to go in SRI Lanka if you want genuine high quality jewels and customer service is second to none - i know I've bought some - the negative reviews in my opinion are trolls and should be ignored - miss it miss out
