We found Nirosh and Ashan at Lotus very professional. Nirosh sent photos of the car and confirmed our booking with many assurances throughout the trip. Ashan drove us to and from Galle and Udawalawe. He was punctual, skillful and safe with his driving.

We traveled with our driver mr Taranga for 3 days. He answered all our questions about life in Sri Lanka and told more himself. He was always on time with a smile on his face. He made stops every time there was something to see. We are very satisfied with Lotus Cab services. To sum up shortly: quick e-mail response, smooth pick up from the airport, clean and comfortable car with AC, safe and kind driver, no hidden costs.

We traveled the south and southwest part of Sri Lanka for a week. We chose to travel with Lotus cabs. They provided Very professional service. The vehicle details and photographs were shared in advance. The vehicles were clean, the drivers were very polite and went the extra mile to help. The backend team were constantly in touch to ensure we got the best services.
They also arranged for vehicles at short notice for local sightseeing.
All in all, their services are superlative. Highly recommended using their services.

My wife and I traveled in central & south Sri Lanka for 14 days. We chose Lotus Cab (LC) (from two other quotations) for transportation services on a point to point basis. LC was a slightly pricier option. The primary reason for our choice was that LC stated clearly what kind of a vehicle (make & model) would be provided. The others would only commit to providing a comfortable vehicle with a/c, which wasn’t good enough for us - didn’t want to end up in a tiny car. LC quotation presentation also made it obvious that we would be dealing with a professional no nonsense company and we were right.
LC was always punctual, polite and prompt in communicating. There were absolutely no surprises. LC’s drivers were also polite, communicated fairly well in English and were always willing to go the “extra distance” to please us.
Based on our experience, we highly recommend LC for taxi services in Sri Lanka.

Lotus cabs provide exceptional service and have a good fleet of cars. They have a very professional backend team who are very responsive to all the queries-24 hour service. They sent quotations and details of cabs well in advance when we hired their services during our recent visit to sri lanka. The cabs provided were clean and the drivers were polite and safe.
They made arrangements for a mini bus for airport drop at very short notice. Their services are praiseworthy. I Highly recommend them.

Perfekter Service, sowohl die Organisation via WhatsApp als auch die Fahrt. Umsichtiger, sicherer Fahrer mit perfekten Englisch -Kenntnissen, was die Fahrt sehr interessant und kurzweilig machte (Fahrtzeit ca. 2,5 Stunden). Auto in Topp-Zustand zbd sauber! Sind von Galle an den Flughafen Colombo gefahren worden für 17.500 LKR (das entsprach im Februar 2023 in etwa 45 €) + ca. 600 LKR Gebühr für den Expressway. In Galle Fort, wo wir wohnten, wollten alle ca. 10.000 LKR mehr! Wurden pünktlich im Hotel abgeholt. Wirklich unkompliziert und 100 % empfehlenswert.

As a tourist trying to find a reputable taxi firm to take me to the airport, I couldn't have found a better one. Organised it via WhatsApp, the price was better than what was on offer in unawatuna and the driver arrived on time and drove well. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very good and reliable transport service. I had to go from the south to the airport at 11pm.
The conversation via WhatsApp was very easy. In the evening of my departure I got a message with the driver details. The driver then arrived on time. The car was nice and clean, the driver polite and brought me save to the airport. Would always go again with lotus cabs and can highly recommend it.

I booked a few rides with Lotos Cabs throughout whole Sri Lanka and was absolutely amazed by their professionalism. From welcoming me at Colombo airport with a name sign, picking me up and driving to different locations and finally returning me back to the airport in the middle of the night, everything worked out perfectly. Even when I had to make adjustments to the number of people and timings, they were absolutely flexible. So, I can highly recommend their service!
