A great hotel with a great selection of rooms, which can be a major problem as well as a grandiose location. Definitely choose rooms in higher buildings, preferably in the top two. The middle house is a middle choice and the bottom house has a lot of flaws, I would be careful here. The upper houses have small apartments with amazing views and sufficient equipment. Some things may be broken or not working, but everything can be communicated or not if you don't mind, as is common in Sri Lanka. We really liked our stay.

Good hotel for your money. The service is unobtrusive - unless you ask, they won’t offer it to you. Lived at the very top. It’s a bit difficult to climb, but the view is gorgeous.

The room was large, very simple, and needed cleaning and some remodeling, otherwise a very chill stay someplace spacious

Pretty decent, especially by Unawatuna standards; big rooms with a great big balcony in a really good location.the rooms are a bit tired but overall comfortable, and the owners are fairly helpful, although communication could have been a bit better

Umdoubtedly the best and highest location in Unawatuna. However food is not provided by default. The buildings are not attractive, enough staff is not there, setup of the room is unattractive. Cleanliness of the room is good. Free WiFi available.
