MARU - Galle Fort

We had delicious food here, ordering two Poke bowls of vegetarian / vegan food. Loved the wide range of veg included. Garlic rice was tasty and doodles were great.
Harsha was an excellent waiter and double checked our order / vegan requirements

LOVE THIS FOOD! I’m American and it’s so hard to find food that is good for my stomach here. This food was fantastic! 10/10

A wonderful place with good prices, very polite, hospital and friendly staff and most important DELICIOUS poke bowls and drinks (served very fast by the way). If you are in Galle Fort and looking for a place to rest and have a nice meal you’re definitely got to visit this awesome cafe!

While looking for a restaurant where we could eat bowls, we came across Maru.
The bowls were not only very tasty, but there is also a large selection. It is also possible to create your own bowl.

After walking through beautiful Galle, this is a perfect spot for some super tasty poke and extra refreshing beverages - top tip: try the Frozen Cucumber drink and enjoy the waves

With friendly people, delicious and fresh food and great desserts (veganfriendly ice cream)

After countless mediocre curries and disappointing "western food", Maru came to the rescue. Not only was it Fresh and tasty, I was able to walk away without feeling heavy in the heat.
Drinks were excellent and refreshing and inevitably couldn't stop at one.
Prasauna and team were extremely welcoming and professional.

I'm a bit annoyed we only found this place on our last night.
