Nooit Gedacht Holiday Resort Unawatuna Galle(Luxury rooms for budget price)

Nice hotel, room is clean, has everything you need. They didn’t give us a good room on the first try) but the staff is simply top, they try very hard to help, they are polite and friendly. This attitude alone is worth giving 5.

I liked it very much, it was clean, there was hot water and a generator. The hotel is under constant supervision, at 22: 00 the main gate is closed and a security guard regularly checks the entire territory.

Our stay at Nooit Gedacht Holiday Resort was pleasant.
The ambience was wonderful.
The staff was very helpful, polite and warm.
The room was quite tiny and small. Was not very happy with the room. The bed arrangement is such that on the small bed I didn't feel the ac air at all.
The food was good - very spicy.
We had a good experience.

Booked a triple room, but found it to be quite small. Not much space around the bed, and they managed to squeeze in a small table and chair too:)
The caretaker is very helpful and responsive.

It's a Awesome holiday resort, this resort is perfect location to spend quality time with your love once, rooms bathrooms are very clean and service provided quickly

Very convenient place, located near galle road. 400-500m to the Beach and restaurants. Rooms are clean, good enough space, beds and bathrooms are good nothing to complain about, you can get double rooms or triple rooms for reasonable price.for that price range and facilities I think this is one of the best! We will definitely come back!

It was a nice place and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and kind and offered us a discount as well. Highly recommend for a stay.

Lovely clean and spacious room. Bathroom was nice and rooms can be cleaned upon request. Stayed here for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. Room stayed cool even with the scheduled power cuts (these power cuts are happening all over Sri Lanka)

No hot water for tea or other purpose. But the gentleman at the security help us to get some hot water. But hot water shower is available. Overall good place to stay if you are on a budget.: : : : Thank you for your reply but when we ask for hot water from the security personal he said there is no place to get hot water but when we ask again he brought a water cattle and gave us hot water. (this was happened in the night.)

We found this place unexpectedly around 1 am or so. I contacted the owner and his hospitality and service even around that time was so kind and helpful. We had a two night stay and cannot believe I had such an experience for such a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to the owner such a kind human.

I only stayed 1 night in this hotel.this hotel is along the main Matara Road (convenient to catch a bus or tuk-tuk). Yet the beach is not that far away.i like this hotel being tucked inside about 100 meter away from the main road, hence u cannot hear the roadside traffic.bed is comfy and i slept well.the furniture and bathroom fittings are way better than other hotels closer to the beach.value for money.should have known earlier about this hotel and i could have easily stayed here for 4 nights ;-)

Staff was nice. Hotel was kinda dirty and room smelled to humidity. Can't complain for pricing tho.

Really clean resort.with comfortable rooms.worth for price.walking distance to unawatuna beach and very close to Galle -Mathara road.

The receptionist service and greetings are rubbish. Her name call Ms. Nawanga. They doing some fraud things. I bought a room last night and they are given me a cup of tea. Once I checkout she has made me a different bill for the Tea. When I'm asking a original Receipt mentioned in Room charge and The Tea she said she can't. Usually when we are bought a room the hotel will provide the morning cup of tea free of charge. But in here they will hammer the guest all the way. Very disappointed. After that I asked contact details for Manger or Owner. She refused to give that details. It's really unfair. They should give the contact details of management to guest when we are requested. Otherwise how we can do the complain over them?
