Oceanfront Condominiums - Galle

We were 3 couples in an Apartment on 2 levels. 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Fan + AC. Well equipped Kitchen. Partial sea view from balcony for living and 2 rooms only. Bit unwieldy to get to the restaurant
. But okay. Food at restaurant was good but little pricey. Didnt have enough time to use the nice pool. There is a convenient mini super market opposite the entrance, and we were able to purchase all items for cooking a hearty breakfast. The staff was obliging. Parking on ground floor is available.

On arrival, I was initially very impressed. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the start and did all they could to make us welcome and comfortable. Any minor thing I mentioned was sorted immediately. A lamp fused in the bedroom and another one was produced within a half hour. The sea is just beside the hotel with pleasant beach walks. Apartment is spotless, spacious and well equipped with everything a home would need - including washing machine. My pictures will help give you a feel for the the place. I was unable to use the phone to contact reception re: the safe that would not open (I later realised that I just needed to dial zero before the number; on the information card, it cites the complete number with national code; it should display only what needs to be dialled). I did notice the garbage smell that another reviewer mentioned. It was present yesterday but have not noticed unpleasant odours recently. The hammering and drilling has started close to our apartment and it is like living on a building site. I am not sure what they are doing, but there has been constant banging and drilling for the past two days. For those reasons, I cannot now award this place five stars but I am still very impressed. I have since found out that some apartments are individually owned so renovations etc may not necessarily be the management's fault. It is a concrete building though, and there is nothing to insulate the noise. The staff are very approachable and helpful though, and need to be credited with that. Navodya is absolutely lovely and a credit to her profession!

Me & my cousins visited this place a weekend & it's totally worth it. Absolutely fell in love right away. Such a beautiful property with unique interior designs & a breathtaking view!

If anyone decide to go to this place. Do not talk about any inconvenience you face with the management team.they straight away ask you to check out the hotel. What happen to us is we requested for coffee during breakfast and they said to pay additional fees for the coffee, tea and fruit juice as they are not included in their BB booking. When we passed the complain and argued with the manager they said immediately to check of this hotel. The management team is so low quality. I am never ever going to visit this hotel again. So much for a 5 star hotel.

Best place in galle as apartment type residence. Better to get upper floors, because of the view.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the this place.staff was incredibly supportive and the amenities were great. The rooms are elegant, clean, and perfect to celebrate a something memorable for you.

I’ve been to many places with my friends but this beachfront property is very unique, let’s say one of the best.food, services, cleanliness, crew and all up to the standards, hope they will keep this property well maintained for years.love to comeback soon!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this place at all. We arrived at the condominium in March 2022. The apartment we booked looked good and clean but had a very strong smell of chemicals which gave the four of us headaches. Furthermore there were bed bugs (!) in all of the beds. Approximately six hours after our arrival (around midnight) we contacted the manager informing him about the bed bugs. He offered us another apartment which had bed bugs as well. We called the manager again who couldn't provide another solution. Since the bed bugs can bite and be taken with you back home we decided to leave this place. It wasn't that easy because the security didn't want to leave us out of the property for quite some time by not opening the gates. The manager contacted us the next day saying that we will get our money back within ten working days. Over two months have passed and we didn't receive our money back. Therefore we recommend this place only to people who love to pay a lot of money for staying at this place with a very strong smell for six hours and sleeping together with bed bugs.

Spacious, extremely clean with best ocean view, so far the best location i have been to location wise.

Best upcoming OceanFront Condominium in Galle. Another milestone project by International Construction Consortium and the project is scheduled to be completed by 2020 and hand over to customers. Currently the constructions are moving on in a rapid pase to deliver the finished apartments on time
