Pedlar's Inn Cafe and Restaurant

Fabulous! We enjoyed it so much we went back on our second night in Galle. Food absolutely delicious and staff so pleasant and efficient especially Ranga. The Pedlar’s special salad is the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

Tasty food for good prices served by nice staff and best view of the Indian Ocean. Beautiful sunsets.

Great atmosphere. I ordered beef stake which was alright. But taste better and cost lesser. My friend got carbonara which was great. Its really good that they put the amounts inclusive or tax and service charge. Probably will visit again. The mocha shake is good. But varieties like cookie cream will be better.

Ultra long service more than an hour to be served.
Very high prices especially for pizza 9 us for a frozen pizza. The mango shrimp salad was good. But way too expensive for the quality of food and service.

We went there for 2nights. I highly recommend Sri Lankan curry with jumbo prawn. Also, the staffs are so kind and friendly to tell us how to eat Sri Lankan curry.
I surely will come this restaurant again when visiting to Sri Lanka. ありがとう！

Best place in South province to eat an Angus beef steak! If you are hungry of meet, this is the place to go!
I'm so sorry I didn't even take a photo of that dish, but I couldn't believe it!

But I get back another day, and tried the special dish of the day with king prawns and garlic cream.was absolutely amazing also! And remembered to get a photo of it!:)

The staff is super nice and polite.

Food is too spicy. Service is average. Crowded and noisy place. Even though it is recommended by many travel websites you should avoid if you expect calmness and non spicy food. I guess they focus their menu on spices and chili. Some people do not eat spicy food. Something they forgot to consider.

Simply love their pastas, spagetti, and sandwiches! Unfortunately they didnt serve pizza the day we dined. Food, service and ambience is excellent, what more can you ask for? !

Good food. Little expensive compared to other similar quality hotels. But boasts a grand look inside. But the look is little rusty on my last visit. It's expected as all tourism related places are struggling with pandemic

Been here in 2015, really nice place, delicious food, good design, clean place, cozy, friendly staffs.
Hope this pandemic is over soon, so can go back here very soon

Great place, Great staff, Great menu and delicious food. Potions were really satisfying and we loved it.

The cream chicken soup was yummy.but its feel like heavy after the meal.the spaghetti Bolognese was exceptional.the place was soo cool and good atmosphere.nice place to hang around.

We had our best breakfast in Galle in this restaurant. Very nice and creative interior. Like every other business owner in Galle, the owner here was also very friendly and explained the theme of his restaurant. It's pity that we only discovered the place on day of our departure!

Food is fine. Magarita pizza was really good. Pasta was average. Prices are towards the expensive side.

The place was not so crowded at current days. The interior design was unique and it gives an antique look. An ideal restaurant for who loves photography or photo shoots. Food is delicious and eye catchy. The prices are reasonable as per the portion. Experienced a friendly customer service from the staff. Washroom facilities were available.

A cosy little restaurant with a rustic interior. The place is filled with some interesting little antiques. Great place to grab a bite and enjoy a decent cup of coffee.

Located just adjacent to the pedlars inn Cafe, they have Gelato flavors which are milk based as well as fruit based. The quality and the flavor of the Gelato is awesome. The prices are also quite reasonable when comparing with the v other Gelato outlets located in the vicinity. I'd recommend to get the roasted Almond Gelato or the creme caramel Gelato. Those two were just awesome!
