I strongly recommend Gayan, who knows the Bentota River like the back of his hand.
The best place to discover Sri Lankan culture on the banks of this river,
Crocodile, snake, birds, fish, and there is enough to meet people all along the route or just magnificent, explaining to us the art and the Sri Lankan way of creating crafts.

It was a nice experience. We paid 12000 rupees for two hours for four people and the boatman/guide was amazing. He had quite the experience with the animals and he found us snakes, baby alligators. It was nice.
