3 Get in awful situation with this rental company
In delivery day owner was late on 7 hours and in drop off he did not answer and then want extra pay for additional day (when he did not answer)
The worst service ever! We rent a car for 5 days. Owner was late for 4 (!) hours the first day, didn’t pick up the phone, didn’t answer to messages. The day we should return the car he was late for 4 (!) hours and started threaten us not to return the passport if we won’t wait for him. Disgusting person. My advice — never to meet him!
Strongly not recommended. We had booked a 6 seater car, and it was confirmed. When we arrived to get it 4 seater car was provided instead. We had called several times before the planned trip to clarify whether everything is valid. We were assured that everything was good and our car would be provided for the planned date. But the guy let down eventually. Really bad impression
