8Super place to stay. Nice environment and lovely people too. Rates are also comparatively reasonable. Food is great and if anyone get a chance you must visit.
The place is recommendation to saty and enjoy your holidays. All the parameters are good against the money we pay to them.
The best place u can enjoy and have good rest this place the owner so kindly and friendly. Everything what u need they have to ur pleasure. Near River and location not so far from Beach of Bentota Place is Clean and Owner Badulla is so helpful with all ur queshens:)
Stayed in King room. Full of Ants. Bed is not confortable. A/C doesn't give proper cooling. Wash room smells bad. On the other hand, Nice view from the Hotel and wonderfull brekfast.
This property is located right across the Bentota river so that gives a very good view of the river. However, the room was not at all up to the mark. The AC did not work and the fan's presence was almost negligible. The room was very suffocating with almost no ventilation. The owners did not even care to check if the AC is working or not before I arrived. I had initially booked the accommodation for 3 nights but had to shift to a different accommodation after spending one night here. As compared to other accommodations at similar cost, I would rate this much below average.
I would say that this is the most peaceful place to be, very clean, super location and you get a very nice view and also I must say that the hospitality is just amazing, value for money. I'm soo pleased with this place and definitely I will be only staying here on my next visit Bentota.

Very beautiful guest house in Bentota. Two Mins away from the Bentota railway station. And this is definitely one of the best guest houses or hotels I've stayed so far. Has a private house to stay with a bed room, kitchen and hall along with a garden leading to the lake. The owner is too kind and gives you free drop to the Bentota beach whenever you want. The breakfast spread is very good and you are completely sorted if you stay here. Highly recommended.
