Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, all rooms are facing sea view. Great service by the staff and crew. They are so friendly and supportive.
Food is good although there are limited varieties /selections on the restaurant menu. Important thing to consider is the elevator does not work properly. All others are good.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel. The view from the room was amazing. Food was excellent but would recommend more sea food options at the buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nalaka the bar tender served us their amazing signature drink Lemongrass iced tea punch. Worth the money. Highly recommend!

Nothing to worry about if you spend your money on this magnificent hotel! Staff and management are extremely helpful and supportive. Food that is excellent. It is not a large architectural structure, but it contains all we require. That sea view is more unique than any other hotel. There are also rooms with advanced touch systems.
My wife and I had a great time during the weekend.calm relaxed environment.
We are delighted to be back.

Visited here after a year. Most of the staff requires training. Room status could be a bit better. Buffet was alright considering the import limitations and restrictions.

Hotel is really beautiful with wonderful sea view.very helpful staff. Highly recommend there service. Chanaka, rathnayake and chandrika gave us a remarkable service also all other staffs were very friendly. Food is so good and rooms are very comfy. Highly recommended this place to everyone

We had an excellent night yesterday. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. No rush in the hotel. Locals are encouraged during the crisis with special offers. World class food arrangements. I have to mention that at first I had a doubt since the buffet is not there that the stay might not worth but the taste, arrangement, and of course its worth the money. Had great meals and the pool was great. They gave us a upper floor room too and the view was brilliant. I encourage all the locals to visit this wonderful location and 200% recommended for any foreigners even to have a long weekend spend

This hotel is very charming and clean. The people that work here are so helpful and kind. My stay here was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Superb location which may surprise you by the moment you hit the dazzling beach.
Rooms are spacious and clean with state of the art fittings and furniture. You can easily forget the 32 inch TV as you can enjoy a better view from your balcony.
Good food indeed but serves bit greedily. If you are on a long stay expect less Buffet and more a-la-carte. Tasty but tiny so if you are a heavy eater be prepared for it.
Lift was a bad experience. Most of the time it was not working or getting stuck. So stairway was a better way.
Owners had spent lavishly on fittings while have cut corners in size. It was bit clusterphobic. Lacks basic amenities as there was no showercap, toothbrush or paste, shaving kits and bathroom slippers. Maybe its my room or maybe i should have asked from roomservice. Maybe im being spoilt by other butique hotels ive been to.
Pool is not bug but its great. If you are with family you may need to pre book your hours due to covid restrictions.
Good service by poolside and its the right place for a breakfast dine out where you can enjoy the poolside and beach both at one go.
Five Stars for staff starting from front office to restaurants to pool to room service for their great attention, affection and care taken.

We stopped for lunch on our way from down south. They had a buffet. Good range of foods. Tasty and clean.
Private beach and covered swimming pool. Definitely will go there again?

Food was amazing and so was the location. Staff were great too! A few small things to sort out, which has been conveyed to the management, and once that's done I'd happily give it 5 stars, but nothing major at all.

My family stayed at Shinagawa on last month. It was perfect and they gave us excellent service with highly attraction. Definitely we will go there as soon as possible as I need to make amazing memories with them. My special thanks to Front office, Mr. Susantha (Resident Manager) and Chef Kumara, HK team and f&b team. We had a very good time at the hotel. It has amazing views. Shinagawa Beach is definitely a place to visit, with either friends or family. The food was amazing and their service was beyond excellent! I'm a vegetarian and the hotel went out of their way to cater to my dietary requirements.

Super view and comfatable place. Super service with front staff and tasty food. Thank you so much chef and kitchen staff for great food enjoy it.

This hotel has very nice views of the ocean and has nice rooms. However I got unlucky with my room, the shower drain was blocked, and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. I contacted the hotel management to solve this. Thankfully the problem with the drain was solved. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the cigarette smell. The breakfast is very good with a decent variety of foods but the dinner was rather disappointing. 3,5/5 stars I would recommend if they made the rooms non smokers friendly.

I don’t know where to start. Of course this hotel has removed our review, because they still havent pay us back. They took double room charge from my boyfriends credit card, two weeks before our vacation. When we arrived, they offered us all inclusive instead of transfering money back. Send email today to assistant manager Kasun ponnamperuma, who said that banks are all closed and thats why he havent paid money back. What is definitely lie. We stayed there one night 9. -10. March. And today is 18. March, bank cant be still close.

Beautiful! The view from the balcony of our hotel room was amazing, the food was great and the pool was big. Definitely recommend spending the night here!
