5 Excellent apartments. We rent for a month and a half. We recommend it to everyone who wants European quality and purity.
The owner lived in Germany for a long time and has a thorough approach to everything. During the day at the villa, the manager who looks after the villa, cleans and helps with everything, is a very responsive and pleasant man.
Security at night. There are surveillance cameras, we feel very good and safe here.
We are with a small child. The owner bought and installed a crib for us and installed a gate on the stairs so that the baby would not accidentally fly out of it.
There is everything for a comfortable life.
Overall the place is great, the staff is great. We liked everything very much and recommend everyone to consider it. How many guests have not come to us and say that in terms of price/quality ratio they have not seen anything better
We have already been here twice in 2020 and now in 2023. The facility is simply great and all our wishes are fulfilled. Thank you to the host

Clean, quiet place. Rooms - the apartment is nice, spacious and clean.
We - a family of four with two kids - had the pleasure to be one of the first guests to have a wonderful stay at the brand new Sri Lankan Villa, which is probably one of the best and cleanest places to stay in the area. The hosting family is extremely nice and kidsfriendly and all special requests were taken care of immediately. The location is perfectly situated in walking distance to Kogalla beaches and restaurants (or by tuk tuk). We particularly enjoyed to be a away from the costal road and its traffic by a couple of hundred meters and the highlight is a walk through the quite village to spend the evening at the ancient temple of Giniwella!
What can I say.luxurious to a tee. Sri Lankan Villa absolutely kicked it out of the park, the staff were so attentive and wonderful and the grounds and location was stunning. It was private enough that you felt you were on a retreat away from the world. Highly recommend! ️
