This was my favourite hotel from the 9 we visited in Sri Lanka. It was also a fantastic place to end the trip in such a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel backs on to the beach which itself is very quiet, even during the day.

Staff were exceptional and willing to help with any requests, such as on our last night we were able to request dinner on the beach.

I would definitely go back.

My husband and I recently visited this property and were truly spoilt across all fronts. The most genuine hospitality, incredible food, luxurious rooms, relaxing atmosphere.it was paradise. This hotel has something for all types of travelers; couples, families, friends. Cannot recommend it enough!

Absolutely beautiful property.well maintained and clean.if you want to chill/ relax with your family this will be the ideal place.the beach is 2 minutes away from the pool itself.food portions/ options can be improved as its very limited if your hoping to stay for a couple of days.staff is super friendly and supportive.

The hotel is a piece of art, every single details of it amazed me, Elegant wooden interior, the bathroom very interesting, everything from copper.shower head, handles, hose.
The view from the balcony amazing, the pool, the coconut tree and the ocean.

Food was delicious, staff were very polite and friendly.
They have a villa with private pool.
The entrance landscape very beautiful.

The experience we had the weekend is incomparable to any other trip we've had so far in Sri Lanka.
We had availed a package to enjoy and the most we enjoyed, was the people. Right from Aravinda who helped us with all the details of the place and Dilrukshan, the property manager who saw to everything during our stay. Not to forget Hasan, Sanjeewa and Nipuna who helped us enjoy the most. The smile on every face there is priceless and their service from their hearts is a feeling we still enjoy!
The food was amazing with such a variety. Not to forget the food our 4-year-old enjoyed.
We had a private swimming pool in our villa which was maintained well.
It was a very relaxing break that the breakfast on request was served to our rooms and we enjoyed having our lunch and dinner watching the sea.
We would highly recommend it to anyone who would love to enjoy a restful and peaceful break.

This place is just beyond expectation on every single way. The view from lounge chair offers beautiful palm tree framed beach and ocean view, so nice for relaxation and meditation. Food was delicious with massive breakfast, fresh salad, and good selection of seafood for dinner (I particularly enjoyed the egg hopper and big prawns).
Special thanks to the attentive sweet services among the crew, thank you for making our holiday such memorable one…I would even only return to this property for a wind-down from
the hectic time…

Nestled on a quiet and prestige golden sand beach in Balapitya.

Extremely clean and well designed. Feels like a private country house. Staff is incredible and always available to help.

Absolutely spectacular place! Stunning rooms. Love the pool. The rice & curry is 1 often best I've had in SL being a local. Hasan the waiter is absolutely wonderful! I love the pool as its an equal depth in both pools. Highly recommend it for romantic getaways.

Villa with a total of 8 rooms. Great setting and all amenities are available. 2 swimming pools, easy access to the sea. Food is good but not excellent. Staff are courteous and efficient, willing to help with any requests.

Super exclusive hotel with just 7 letting rooms. Feels like having your own private country house! Staff are wonderful. Food lovely. Direct access to a deserted sandy beach. We discovered it on a walk from a nearby hotel and immediately booked in for a week. I cannot think of better place to stay in Sri Lanka.

We stayed there for five nights and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were amazing, the staff were wonderful, the location is beautifully and the food was exquisite! Perfect place for anyone looking for a calm getaway
