Such a nice place near the beach. Very good area to walk around and explore. Wonderful host and good energy in this place. No amount of money can buy good vibes happy this place was recommended to me from a friend!

Good place for a short stay or for those who spend all the time at the beach. Rooms are small and may need some renovation, but still clean. The staff is super helpful, breakfast is tasty. We stayed in the room 9 and it had both: garden view and ocean view

Basic but adequate accommodation just across the street from the beach (and a 2 minute walk from Poseidon Diving Station if you're in town to dive). Super convenient location to shops, pharmacy, food - everything! Comfy bed and A/C and fan worked well but I had some issues with the shower (in two different rooms, either ice cold or scalding hot water). That said I would still recommend this place because the owner is wonderful! Made me breakfast before 8am because I was diving earlier in the morning, got me an extension cord to fit my power adapter, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Recommend as a medium-budget option!

1. The location was superb, very central location and just in front of the beach and you will get everything you need as all the water sport activities, best eating joints and public transportation will get within just 2-3 mins walk.
3. The hotel and the room is very clean.
5. The staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help you with anything that you want.

The location was incredible and 1 min away from the main beach. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious, continental breakfast or Sri Lankan with tea/coffee and local fruits.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help see the sights and get great deals for us. No words to thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality.

The hotel staff are so amazing especially Lakmal as he is very accommodating, it's unbelievable. They planned a whole tour during our stay around Hikkaduwa, Galle, Unawatuna & Mirissa and guided us to each and every place we had to visit. That was lovely experience and the best that I got in Sri Lanka.

The hotel is very close to bus station and railway station and centrally located to places of interests.

The hotel and the room is very clean and the price was very good compared with other beach properties.

- They have their own driver who picked us up from the airport and drop off to the airport.
- You can rent scooters for a reasonable price
- You can have a fishing tour from their boat for a good price and it will take approx. 5hrs.
- They arrange short tours like Galle fort heritage tour/Silk and mask factory, waterfall tour, village tour and much more and we enjoyed the village tour.

This place is very convenient and easy accessible to all the places of interests.and beach is just to cross the road took less than a minute.the rooms are very clean and owners are flexible and very accommodating. View from the hotel was fabulous could see sun set and the panaromic veiw of the sea, harbour and the whole city.l enjoyed the barbecue night offered by the owner and the boat ride was excellent. Total worth for money and highly recommend for the families, couples, solo travelers and groups.

I liked the following:
1. A rich and tasty continental breakfast with tea and fruits - the best that I got in Sri Lanka
2. Very close to bus station and train station
3. Very central location and just in front of the beach. The central main beach is just 5 min walk on the beach side. I got the pizza hut at 200m away from the hotel.
4. The hotel and the room is very clean
5. The staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help you with anything that you want.
6. The price was very good compared with other beach properties.
7. I did left my baggage in a room next to the reception so I can do a late check out and enjoy the beach.

I am not paid to write this review is just simply what I saw.
The water pressure was just fine and also hot water.

I will recommend this to my friends and to anyone that want a pleasant say in Hikkaduwa.

A very poor hotel. Furniture is worn-out, AC is old. Bad smell in the rooms. Pile of garbage in front of the hotel. Worst accomodation I stayed during my trip through Sri-Lanka.
