The Hideout Beach Cafe Restaurant

Overpriced food (you pay about 4 times the price you would pay at other hotels). Staff mixed up our orders multiple times. They roof leaks onto the tables when it rains.

Great location on the beach, terrible service and mediocre food.

Menu is overpriced for the quality and quantity received and our waiters mixed up multiple orders and were not attentive.particularly when the roof leaked over our table of 7 people.

It was a memorable experienced that we had, we have stayed 3 nights at Villa and each morning we got different breakfast styles, specially sri lankan style less spicy custom made us by Chef chanuka, thank you and Rashmika was very helpful always and keep eye on us. Overall ️️️️️ and highly recommend.

We visited here for lunch as it was local to our hotel. No one was in the restaurant we found it on Google and seemed to have good reviews waiting a long wait for two juice drinks and then they explained lunch could be together and would take about twenty minutes as one of us ordered curry unfortunately this took very long time and 45 mins later served food which had to quickly inhale our lunch before had important call had at 3 and had to get back to hotel for!
It was cooked fresh and tasty but perhaps over priced and very large menu choice which could be made quicker and easier for future guests!

The set up of taavetti Beach club was beautiful. The food was amazing! And the service was wonderful

My family and I stayed at Taavetti villa in June 2023. Well, our stay was fabulous. We really enjoyed the pool in the property and the restaurant at the beach. The room very spacious with a nice big bathroom area with antique finishing

We had a wonderful stay at Taavetti. The food was very tasty. The Beach Cub is very nice with a swing, loungers and with luck baby turtles. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Priyantha the manager made everything we could wish for possible. Many thanks for that. We felt very comfortable and relaxed the days there.

One of the best beach restaurants in Galle! Enjoyed every meal! Location is amazing.and food is something to die for! Thanks to Priyantha (Manager) for the great hospitality and suggestions! Will def visit again!

Rise & Curry was just the best curry in Sri lanka

Excellent food in a wonderful setting just outside galle, quiet beach, delicious curries - try the pumpkin and chicken curry it is to die for and great relaxed service and vibe. A must visit if you are passing through

We had lunch here after having gone swimming (watch out for waves and don’t go into the water if the waves are high, it can be really dangerous). The people were very nice and we were even allowed to sit there before the place was open. Food was nice and prices were reasonable. The beach was very clean.

Hide out is the perfect name for that cafe. Located close to a very adorable sea turtle hatchery you will have the nicest host one can imagine here. We were the only "foreign" guests and he treated us way better than we expected. He even brought a Sunbrella and places to lie down in the shadow. We were literally the only ones! Would give 6 stars!

This is a really good seafood restaurant with a beach view, even you could arrange a table in the beach and have a candle light dinner. Food is comparatively good and affordable prices. They got hookahs too.
Service is also nice and there's nothing to complain. FYI They got beer too.
Cool place to chill by the beach!
