The Jini House - Kabalana

Wonderful hotel, wonderful hosts, clean rooms with cool design. There are 2 cool beaches nearby - one for surfing, the other more calm and secluded. I recommend the hotel to everyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Jini House for three weeks, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The experience was incredible from start to finish - with a kind-hearted host.

The accommodation itself was immaculate, with modern amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I appreciated the thoughtful touches.

From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed and well-cared for. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Very beautiful rooms, privates and peaceful. Perfect place to enjoy the surf in Kabalana and de quietness of the jungle.

Quiet, relaxed, and cute place to stay in.
Brand new cozy rooms in the style of Bali with everything you need. AC, a huge double bed, a tropical shower, and many plants are in the room.
The location is undoubtedly an advantage of the villa. Just about 5 min by foot to the Kabalana beach with one of the best surf spots in the south called the Rock. A variety of cafes is within walking distance or in just a few minutes on bike or tuk.
Super friendly and helpful host Sajini can organize everything you need.
It would be one of the first places to check to stay in for the next trip to Sri Lanka.

I highly reccomend this property. Quite possibly the best place we have ever stayed! The rooms are huge, very clean and have everything you will need. The best part is really the service though, you are made to feel very welcome as soon as you arrive and anything you need. The place feel very private with high walls and trees surrounding each border but also very picturesque. Honestly just an incredible place to stay and if they have availability you should try and book to stay here.

This is an outstanding place located just 300mt from the beach and surrounded by a quiet area. The rooms are fresh, super nice and with beautiful details, with a private garden. Definitively a spot to stay in the area!
Owners are lovely and very reliable. Love it!
