THE NUGA HOUSE

We spent five nights at Nuga House and enjoyed our time there. The rooms are pleasant, breakfast is fantastic and the Yoga Shala was a bonus. We loved the staff and the cute dog, Tika. Location is good if you want to be away from the main street of Ahangama. It’s close to Marshmellow, the rock and sticks which are all good surfing spots. The only thing I would add is a kettle for tea in the rooms, but apart from
that it was nice.

I stayed at one of the Venus Villa rooms at The Nuga House for ten days on my own, and loved my stay. Neus and her team at the main house are so welcoming: they sorted me a scooter to rent, checked me in to yoga on the days that I wanted to join, and helped with other recommendations. The food / service was great, with gluten free bread available.

I went to the Nuga House several times to have breakfast/lunch and took each morning their yoga lessons and my feedback couldn’t be greater. I would recommend sleeping at this hotel Boutique if you are visiting Ahangama or stopping by at some point for a coffee break!
The team will welcome you with open arms and you can even find a small collection of garments produced locally!

The yoga classes here are spot on- so good and advanced! Best yoga teachers I had in Ahangama.

Very quiet, relaxed and cute hotel to stay in. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and tidy and you get a beautiful yoga shala and garden where you can relax after a surf session. Breakfast is included and you get as much tea and coffee as you want, which is a big bonus! Would definitely go back!

Good vibes, friendly staff, tasty food! Very close to the wonderful beach Kabalana beach. Yoga classes every morning. We enjoyed a lot!

Best coffee on the south coast. Have searched far and wide but a coconut latte from Nuga house is hands down the best. Great accom, very clean and tidy with a great menu for food.

Loved my few nights here! Very chill vibe and great food. The Spanish manager was such a babe and was so accommodating! Great wee spot

Please do not trust the photos on instagram or booking.com, the reality is totally different, the place is so dirty, unprofessional staff, no positive vibes at all. Please check the photos that i uploaded. Waste of money and time.

The Nuga house, was the worst experience of my life.

The owner talked to us in a very bad way, i felt unsafe & life-threatened.

We booked for 2 nights through booking.com.once we arrived at the property we didn't like the place.
Negative vibe!

Bed sheet was dirty, used towel in the washroom, no proper check in.

Since there is no phone in the room, no reception and no staff in the hotel i sent a direct message to their Instagram page to inform that i would like to check out I waited for a while but i got no response. We had to leave to find another place to stay.

She came once we were in about to leave and started to shout. Since my bank account details was provided i thought they could take the fees from my account. She called me a theif.

I got hurt mentally and emotionally by the nuga house, this situation was a big shock for me.

I wanted to take more photos but the owner didn't allow me.

If you want to stay in a classy and welcoming place, you found the spot.
Amazing, fresh food at their café that is open most of the day.
Lovely staff.
The place is amazing with it's own pool, jungle vibes and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Highly recomend.

This place is just awesome! Good vibes, nice interior, good food, good location. We loved the dogs and there is the opportunity to do yoga. Staff is super friendly, it's quiet and not in typical tourist spot. We loved our stay here ️

[Review for Café] Beautiful interior, chilled vibe, super tasty food (loved the blueberry infused porridge and mushroom hummus bread), tasty juice, friendly staff. Love the menu here with vegetarian and also vegan options. Will come again

Try the roasted veggie hummus bread - its so good and quite unique:)
