Very old place. Full place was either broken or rusty. Room was very unclean and overall not value for money.

So by far the worst restaurant on the beach!
Complete tourist rip-off. Make prices whatever you want and you have to wait forever for everything. One star is still too many.
Absolutely avoid the store!

A beautiful restaurant but my god the food were terrible. I ordered spaghetti bolognese and and the sauce was litterally from a tomatoe ketchup bottle. Imagine having to eat that spaghetti with tomato ketchup.nightnare! But have to admid the service was good, and the surrounding was splendid, I just wish they had a better cook. Even my friend's food looked so bad and the taste was terrible.

IT WAS TOTALLY EMPTY WHEN WE WENT THERE. We went there on a Monday evening & there was not even a single guest in the hotel, so all the lights were also turned off, the reception was closed, the restaurant was totally empty too. It's a pretty big resort bang on the beach with very cool funky environment. It was so sad to see such a nice place, all empty. The place was a living proof of how Sri Lanka is struggling to get back it's tourism level. Unfortunately we also had to leave the place without using its services.

Worst customer service i have everseen. Don't know to speak with customer and service also not good.

Location is great. Beach is next to the hotel. But the food/drinks are overpriced. Service is average. Three sea view cabanas and few garden view rooms are available.

Very nice environment and delecious food for fair price. Friendly staff. Good place for stop while travelling down south.

Regular rooms are max 1-2 *, with mold on walls, burned electric sicets and dirty floor in restaurant. Should cost max 25 usd, not 75

Definitely, some renovation /makeover is needed. Not worth the price (180$ for 2 nights in Bungalow, with breakfast and dinner included). Big positive side of this place is very nice Staff. Food is very average, rooms are spacious, but need some refreshment. Nice view on the ocean from the room and patios. Quite beach. There is a big potential, but is wasted today.

Beautiful place with a beach front view, super chill with good food priced reasonably and friendly hospitality, would make it a great spot to unwind and just hang with friends or family.

If theres anything I would critic about is that the menu needs to be tailored better, all deviled dishes are accompanied with plain rice, which doesnt really make sense when you need it to accompany a friedrice for example, we were told its mandatory that the plain rice comes too, which I found quite weird.looking and hoping for this place to go far in the future.as I recommend this place to many others to make a stop, unwind an enjoy what this place has to offer.

Great ambience and great beach, although the service you expect from the staff was totally missing. Food is very expensive and they thoroughly lack the basic skill of cooking.

Located right at the beach, this place is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The peaceful - serene atmosphere, beautiful ocean, salty breeze and great beach side bar make it a paradise. We stayed in Cabana No. 8. The room was clean, spacious with all the amenities. The bathroom was big, spacious, clean too. A little more maintenance would have made the room better. Also, we found a few mosquitoes in our room, so used the net at night.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good too and one can find a wide variety of fresh sea food in the bar.
Sipping your favorite drink, looking at the sunset, enjoying the salty breeze was a bliss.
Overall, a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Location very nice. But rooms are very simple and basic. Beach access is awesome. Private beach. Nearby many watersports points.

Nice hotel directly at the beach. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception! Breakfast is excellent. British breakfast available, as well as Sri Lankan breakfast (fruit, string hoppers,). The beach restaurant for dinner could be improved. But there are nice restaurants to walk to long the beach.

Rooms were not clean when we arrived, shower still sandy from the previous occupant and bathroom sheets super dirty. Many mosquitoes and no mosquito net above the bed, also not nice. Kept us awake all night long.
No internet in the rooms. I don't expect ultra fast streaming quality, but we could not even sent each other WhatsApp messages. Not helpful when coordinating with the others.

Nice and Perfect place for Chilling.
Beach frount bar is a highlight and they have some nice collections of bites.

Very nice place. Clean rooms, freindly staff, delicious food. I stay with my family for three days. We had a great time.
