Great place, perfect cleanliness, for Sri Lanka it’s simply sterile. Nice pool and yard. There is a kitchen with the minimum necessary utensils and electrical appliances.
The owners, wonderful people, will help you get to the city by tuk tuk and, if you need it, they will make you lunch or dinner.
In the evenings they light incense in the house, it is very atmospheric.
A house in a beautiful Sri Lankan style, with carved furniture, doors and windows, is what you need to immerse yourself in the life of a foreign country.
Definitely the highest rating.

The facility is run by a wonderful and very hospitable family. The owners are very helpful in every matter, you can also use their transport. Generous, tasty breakfasts made from local products. A beautiful area where from the terrace you can admire the nearby jungle with various vegetation, monkeys jumping on lianas and colorful birds. There is a swimming pool on site for guests. Intimate, cozy and peaceful. Close to the beach. It's worth using this place. I recommend!

This quite place is only a short drive from the nearby beaches and surf spots. If you want to avoid the buiseness of the beach area than this is the place. The Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely amazing. Yummy homemade dhal, roti stuffed with delicious spices, onion sambol and fruit - that was a great start to the day. The room was too pink for me and gave of a bit of a small mthe owners brought us insense for the smell and then it was fine.
Staff was very Friendly, welcomed us with drinks and smiles:)

Great love host family! Room absolutely clean. Unfortunately it's a bit too far from the surfer beach for us, so we only spent one night here, otherwise highly recommended:)

-A simple resort in a great location with good food and clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are great and helpful every time. One of the few places I will definitely visit again. The hotel is very clean, like all hotels in Sri Lanka. The food is very delicious. We got up early to go whale watching and they provided us with breakfast. Beautiful hotel. We only booked two nights but stayed for three days. Everything here is extremely satisfying, lovely owner, beautiful view, great location. Thank you very much for everything. Hope to see you all again soon. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent a few nights there last week and the room was lovely! Staff were lovely and the pool is pretty cool! We made friends with them very quickly and they were always on hand and caring, I highly recommend staying there and enjoying the services they provide! I will definitely be going back there!

Initially we only booked 1 night, but we extended our stay because we felt so comfortable. Super friendly family, great room with private terrace, and functional clean kitchen. An idyllic place to switch off and come down.

Short distance to the beach (beach is child friendly). We can highly recommend this place.

Great little hotel! Near wijaye beach. The owner always helpfull, he will give you a drive cheaper than tuk tuks from city.
