Located right next to the road that leads towards the beach and all the restaurants. But it also located next to the main road which means a lot of noise. Especially the bathroom which seems to have no sound proofing at all because when standing in the bathroom it is just as if you are standing next to the road. The bathroom also houses his own ant colony which get into the apartment's bathroom even if you close the window. Don't leave your food in the room! Put it in the fridge because otherwise you will have ants crawling over your bed at night.

Besides the noise and the ants, the room is perfect. It is spacious, has a shared balcony, a ceiling fan, air conditioner, mosquito net, mini fridge, hot shower and even a little table and some chairs. The WiFi also worked great besides the scheduled power outages. The mattress could use an upgrade though since it's very hard. I had no contact with the host whatsoever, only when giving me the key during check-in so I can't comment on his hospitality.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem tollen Himmel-/Mosquitonetzbett, sehr sauber mit einer unglaublich guten Dusche! Restaurants, Shops und Strand wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr gutes WLAN!

Nice place. 5-7mins walk to the actual unwatuna beach.clean and we'll ventilated rooms.good AC.at the ground floor there is Cafe Aroma that serves nice snacks and beverages.definitely recommended
