8 Spent a well earned vacation with Friends.
Simply loved the location! Doesn't get much better than sipping a chilled beer watching the sunset in the Indian ocean with good food and good conversation!
They have a breakfast buffet, which is pretty good. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the restaurant on the beach. It's a simple menu, but yummy!
Rooms were quite big (which was surprising) and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a good place to stay with easy access to the lovely unawatuna beach!
In my opinion, this place is worth the money you pay.
The photos and reality are 2 different things. We booked 2 bedroom bungalow but didnt stayed there because the condition is under every level. Everything is old and rusty.
We asked to change rooms and they offered little bit better room but still it was far from good condition.
The breakfast is something terrible here. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for 3 nights in the beginning of September. The room was spacious and the location was great - only few metres away from the beach and near by many restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly as well. But the bathroom/toilet was terrible. Everything was rusty and the toilet was broken, we literally had to ask for a bucket to use during our stay. Also the shower was in one corner of the bathroom, so after showering the bathroom was full of water that wouldn't go away. Totally unacceptable.
