My room faced the main road and I woke up from traffic noise

This is our second time staying at this hotel.
The rooms are clean, odorless and the furniture is in decent condition. The staff is very friendly, they will help and advise if you need anything. They speak a little Russian.
Breakfast is good.
The owner of the hotel Indika is very responsive and friendly.
You can pay by card.
If you need something, don’t wait, just come and ask)

Villa Paradise is the best choice for your stay in Hikkaduwa Sri Lanka. The hotel is right on the beach. Near the hotel are also two main beaches of the Hikadduwa. The room was so nice, clean and cozy. The food was delicious, the staff and the owner were really friendly and helpfull. They recommend and organized for us also really good trips around the Sri Lanka. We couldn't pick a better place to spend our days in Sri Lanka.

Great beach location for last few days of holiday in Sri Lanka - slightly disappointed as the beach is quite narrow in that location but lovely and clean - great room, great breakfast and friendly and welcoming staff and owner!

Nice place and nice friendly staff. The room is noisy at night from the road if the windows face the garden, but I had earplugs so that's ok. Air conditioning and fan also work not in silent mode.

Problems with hot water and pressure. Problems with cockroaches.
There is a beach, but I did not dare to enter the water with stones.

Good breakfast, tea, coffee, juice, eggs of all kinds, sausages, a full plate of fruit, toast, jam, butter, yogurt with a view of the surfers.

The room was nice, big and clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was good too! Definitely a recommendation!

They cancelled our reservation because our room wasn't available. Booked suite with sea view, got offered a regular room without sea view. We booked this property despite mixed reviews about the owner/manager's sanity, apparently we should have had avoided the place. You should probably do the same and look elsewhere.

A beautiful house at the beach. A very nice atmosphere as it has a colourful bar in the Garden. The food is very good and freshly made. You will be served right at the beach.
The rooms are very clean and spacious, with good aircon and shower.
The house is run by a very sweet family. All the people working in the villa are very friendly and helpful - they truly make you feel like being at home:)

Also the Villa is right beside the Main surfpoint of Hikkeduwa, which has a great view of the surfers catching their best waves. Very closeby is the turtles point also.

Overall I can't think of a better place to stay and feel as Hikkaduwa is your hometown)
Estuti people of Villa Paradise!

We only stayed here one night but was amazed at how friendly the staff were. The owner, his wife and even the owners father in law (who taught us a new card game!) all went out there way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The room was also really nice and the beach bar was situated on the best part of the beach. If we are ever in Hikkaduwa again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Villa Paradise)

We made a reservation for the Suite that was amazing,
Private entrance, huge suite, 2 big double beds, big living room and nice furniture, nice balcony with great sea view.
The bathrooms were very clean and with hot water 24/7,
The location is the best as it is 20 meter from the beach,
There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby,
The restaurant of the hotel is also great, with good vibe, food and drinks,
Our host and staff were very friendly and even welcome us with cold drinks when we arrived.

Owner is the most friendly and caring guy I met in Sri Lanka. Always willing to take the extra mile to help us out. Food is good also, and the view from the restaurant.just amazing! Highly recommended!

Two years ago the food was great and the staff friendly, this year, a waiter told us that it is what it is and if we don’t like it we can go when we told him that the waffles are uncooked, maybe the owner should try to keep an closer eye on his staff.

The hotel is small but we had a nice room and it is by the beach. It can have a little noise as a part of the hotel is at the roadside but that did bot bother us as we are too tired in the evening to hear the noise from the road but nothing too hectic just some passing vehicle.

They have a beach bar and restaurant and they make really good food. We have tried many restaurants nearby but we keep coming back to this one as it taste like home made cooking which just what we wanted! The chicken coconut curry is great with a little bit of chili which we asked for and the Fried chili chicken is so yummy! They make really good fresh fruit juices too! Oh i forgot to mention the calamari, so yum! The owner sent someone to great us at 1am as our flight came late in the night, all the staff are really friendly! I would stay here again if it happens that we come back to Sri Lanka. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
