11Worst customer service. They charge 800 rupees for each soft copy. But they were in very low resolution.when I asked about the original photo soft copy, they told they will not give the original softcopy and they only give the ordered sized softcopy only. Think twice before you get the service from them
Terrible editing and services. Please don’t go to this place. Such a waste of money and poor customer services.
I can not say it is good in any way. Because I have to wait for an hour to take the photo and take it away. I thought it was a crime to come here. It's a useless place. Only the name is big. People outside are suffering. I thought I would never come here again.
Worst service ever.charges are too much & to get the picture via email they ask Rs500.photos are not enough quality.if you are looking to take pictures, check for another studio.

They charged Rs 1000 from my parents just to email a photo. Thats like the average daily wage of a person and just to email a photo? To print the same copy they charged seperately. Very disappointed!
Not very happy about the customer services they provide. Photos were average.not the best one.you can get the photos with in 30 mins.
Photography studio in Galle town. Customers can get a quick service here. Photos service for the digital national ID card and Passport is available here. Many school children come here to get photographs for their postal ID.

Photo quality is not bad. But have very poor service.even no cooler fan for waiting customers. Havent quality clothes to take some emergency photo. Yesterday i took photo & said to them send it to my mail address. They send another girls photo. No customer care, no privacy, no facilities.
