So far my experience with this particular Abans show room is good. We visited this show room to look for a AC unit without having any specific idea about them.
The one of the staff member, who was at the premises was really helpful and took his time to explain the differences between different types of units. He was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Businesses should consist of more of employees like them.

I bought two TVs from them already. Friendly service. Small showroom but they can order almost all Abans stuff. Enough parking for couple of vehicles.

Went there to buy a laptop. Although they had HP and Lenovo laptops, there were a good range of products. The assistant explained the specifications and features of each and every laptop well and he tried to choose the correct laptop which meets our needs. He is a good listener as well. The shop was not too crowded so we could choose our laptop without any fuss. But there was no enough parking space near the shop.

Bought a water purifier (pureit) and the manager was very efficient and professional. Customer care on the dot. Keep it up abans Gampaha Elite.

Be Very carefully if you buy things from them.
I bought a refrigerator, Which is not working properly from the very first day. (We can not check a fridge on the spot).
Sales people are very good before you buying things.but later on their services are really really bad (comparing to other Agents, eg: Damro & Singer). When I made my complain to the manager he responded me badly.
I had to follow up many times to get their service people to come and check. They came two times but did not fixed yet after two months of time.
Meanwhile I made a complain to their head office, yet they did not make any action.
I am talking about a brand new LG refrigerator which is not working properly from the very first day.
So be careful if you are going to buying things from them.

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Bought a TV an year ago and suddenly it stopped working. Claimed the warranty and they said they can replace the TV. It took around a month to get a replacement and we had to go to the shop and the repairing place (another location) many times. After a month we had to go to the shop to get the replacement TV and after coming home i saw that they have given the wrong set of cables. Now i have to go to the shop next day again to sort this out.

Very good helpful staff, cash & card payment facility available.need more space for vehicle parking.

Parking is a bit issue. You have only one spot to park otherwise you have to park along side the road.

If you going to buy something please be careful with warranty. I brought a gas cooker around last year March.and they said it has a warranty. But unfortunately after six month usage it was broken and went ask for the repairing. Now they are saying another thing we can give only this part warranty. How stupid it. How can they say it. Don't buy any gas cooker from there. I don't know other product also have same thing but please be careful. While selling they act as god but if have problem after buying they don't care.

Hard to find parking place hear. They have all the original JBL products if you wants to buy in Gampaha, this is the place you wants to go.

There are few Abans showrooms in Gampaha and this is the oldest one. Other than their regular electronic items they have a well equipped Apple store inside it. They have a good stocks and payment schemes are available for customers. Parking is available for limited number of vehicles but still you can park by the road.
Staff is friendly.

The worst showroom ever.this is a sick.it just showing off they are opening to 9pm.poor customer care and they are so much irresponsible. I just want to buy a JBL earphone and thay had the product but the showing rack has some lock and they are locked and authorized guy was not there and other guys even didn't know whats going on.never ever expect that much irresponsible act from a leading comany like ABANS.it doesn't matter.
Will you guys please change your opening time range 10am to 5pm or something related.

Lack of staff with the product knowledge. Security guard is also working on administrative tasks.
