Cutting Club Hair and Beauty Salon By Ranga Fernando

The service is awesome. Punctuality is at it's top level. The way the main beautician mr. Ranga corporate with me is superb. Staff also very supportive. Highly recommended.

Recently I contacted them to make an appointment for my wedding. I was informed by the lady who answered the call that I have to come to the salon to make the appointment and pay an advance.

So I went there another day to make the appointment. I was told by a male employee there that I could make the appointment online and even they could arrange to do the advance payment online. So as I have realised, I was misinformed that I would be needed at salon premises to make the appointment.

Anyway, I still wanted to make the appointment and I did let them know it. Then the same employee told that Ranga is busy at the moment and he will check with Ranga and get back to me with the confirmation, via a call within the same day.

So I went back to home and waited, but didn’t receive any call. I tried to contact during the evening, but no one answered.

I tried again next day (I shouldn’t have), and a lady answered the call. I was informed that, Ranga still didn’t arrive to the salon. I told her about what happened the day before. She told that she will check with Ranga and surely confirm it via a call within the same day again. Surprise surprise, I didn’t receive any call again.

If they simply told me that they couldn’t make a reservation for me, I would have simply accepted that. But instead they kept me hanging there.

It has been very disappointing. Maybe they are good at their job, but as per my personal experience, customer service is not up to the level.

Amazing experience here in Cutting Club every day. Mr. Ranga is a real gentleman with awesome skills. Well known and recommended place to have a hair cut facial and many more. Premises is spotlessly clean and customers are warmly welcomed. Both cash and Card payments available with no additional cost.

Not professional at all, i booked an appointment before they close salon due to the Covid 19 and then they informed due to current situation they closed temporary, today i called to check whether they are open or not and asked why they didn't inform or even not update when they reopen.

The owner speak very rude manner and said they do not need to inform in person to person i admit that but i said there is no new update mentioned whether open or not.they even dont know how to speak clients very poor service and not recommended anyone.

It was one of the best decisions i took to select Mr. Ranga Fernando to dress me on my wedding day. Excellent dressing with beautiful natural outlook for a bride. Highly satisfied with the service, friendly staff and super clean environment. Do not hesitate to recommend for every other bride to be in near future.

My whole family uses this saloon! They are friendly, extremely clean (adhering to all COVID19 preventive measures) and always on time!

Place is clean and the staff is friendly. I had a nice time getting my haircut done. They offered refreshments also. The haircut turned out to be really gorgeous. The owner is bit rough with customers so would recommend it, if you don't mind the harsh treatment from the owner.

Location is not by the main road, but its easy to access. Friendly atmosphere. Bit over priced services

Ranga is a specialist in all the needs to your wedding and the staff is also really helpful. Also everything you look for in a salon is there. Highly Recommended.

Won't upload each brides wedding photos on page, only selected are put which is really bad. Other pages of bridle dressers put each ones, since every bride is a customer you undertake. But dressing&makeup&hairstyles are superb work. Work of bridle is extremely good.but services need to develop.
