Hair & Beauty Salon Rozani

I have many oil treatments, clean ups, manicures and pedicure ones a month. Recently I did a makeup. Thanks to Miss Rozani I got a natural look to my face. I personally recommend this salon.

I wouldn't recommend. I went there based on Instagram pictures. I made sure I told them beforehand what I wanted with my highlights and the colour my hair was in prior to the highlights, sent them pictures beforehand and asked them twice if they were sure they could do what I requested. They assured they have done before and was experienced in highlighting box dyed black hair. I got there at 9 and left about 2pm. Was not even offered a glass of water, have some consideration for your customers, its basic manners to offer something to drink especially if you are going to charge them a cool 25 grand. After all that, the lady who did the hair was obviously struggling, had to re do the roots again for over exposure saying 'we don't usually take on difficult highlights', well that's not what you said on the phone, you sounded pretty confident on the phone. The fact that she messed up and had to re do the colouring, I had to pay 25 grand for my hair to look like it was done at home. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I could have watched some YouTube videos and done it myself for the same results.

The worst salon ever. I went there on the 28th December to get a hair color. I told them specifically that my wedding was on the 30th December. I explained to them how I didn’t want to mess up my hair since my wedding was after 2 days.
The girl who was supposed to do my hair seemed experienced. She seemed to understand what i wanted when i showed her the hair color. She assured me they could do it and suddenly she went to serve a PRIVILEGED customer of theirs, leaving me who apparently seemed to be a NEWBIE (despite knowing about my wedding)
The color i asked for was extremely different from what i got. THEY CHARGED 25K. By the time they were done all the shops were closed. I just wanted to color my hair black again. They put me in a terrible position a day before my wedding.
Never going back there.

Thought of sharing my honest opinion since I was very pleased with how they treated me. I have been to some salons and usually what they do is to make me feel insecure about myself and ask me to get some treatment done from them. But, the experience at Salon Rozani was quite different. They made me feel good about myself and did a good job in cutting my hair and doing a facial. The lady who did my facial was super patient with me when I was giving her a hard time. Meelu (as I heard, she is the owner's daughter) gave me a complete explanation before giving me my awesome haircut. Keep up the good work Salon Rozani.

Very proffesional, friendly, we went from Moratuwa after booking for our sons wedding at Jetwing Lagoon, they did an excellent job with hair, makeup and dressing.reasonable prices.highly recommended. ️️️️

The best beauty salon in Negombo. I went for a full dressing, and Ms. Rozani did an excellent job. Recommend Salon Rozani to everyone.

The staff is extremely rude to customers. The owner is still the genuine lady she used to be. Appreciate that about her so much. The staff is ruining her reputation.

So I'm a high maintenance blonde and I have had my hair done poorly in several salons here in Negombo BUT ROZANI FIXED IT!
I will most definetly return. Their price is good and the service FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. I wish I had taken pictures.

Unprofessional and really rude staff except for the receptionist. Doesn’t take into account what the client wants but does their thing whether you like it or not. Really poor attitude towards clients. Would not recommend as a good salon in Negombo.

Very clean and organized, but when a customer asks for a haircut, they should know if it suits the customer or not. Sometimes it's not satisfactory. But I visited there only once and that was my experience.

We call the saloon and got the appointment.when I ask the price telephone lady told its 3000 for dressing & makeup + hair style. But the saloon owner charged 4000 after finishing the job. Be careful!

Very very friendly services and caring not only the physical beauty but also the inner beauty with the word of healing.

They give you the best touch of beauty for all ladies who need it. You can get your hairstyles, make-up, hair cut, hair colouring, dressing, bridal work done here for a reasonable price. Some may find here a bit expensive. Yet it's a matter of your budget.

Got a full dressing done and must say that it was the customer service i have ever experienced at a beauty salon. It was my first visit hence they get cliecliexpectation clear befobefdoing anything. The staff was very kind and friendly. Did an excellent job in dressdresme up as well. Highly recommrecothis place!

The best service, really kind people, I went to do my makeover at the evening while the ready to close the parlour, but they all amazing did the make up n hair style, very perfectly, I love this place so much. And the service.

Do not recommend for anyone.we have given the bridal and they ruined it nicely.didn't even turn on time, 1 1/2hrs late. Because of that we couldn't done our photo shoot properly.

We pay for the service & we expect the professional service.

Silly thing is previous 5 star review from their own.
