Collect money and buy new shocks. My replaced shocks only worked for one month.

After reading the reviews, I'm not even going to bother complaining to them as they will only give excuses and find fault with my car's other parts, as many have mentioned in the previous reviews.

I'm giving 2 stars for staff. Not for the service.

Ford feasta 2011 replace all shocks. Highly recommend. Good customer service and lobby available to work remotely and rest for the customers.

I gave my vehicle perodua Kenari to refurbished my rear shock absorber. It has been 3 months only and it has become worse than before. I got more oil leaks so I need to replace a new shock absorber. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I got my Starlet EP71 rear shocks replaced here.

Extremely happy with the customer service provided. Husni in the front office very professionally handled everything for me.

He explained the entire procedure that will have to be followed, then gave me a full breakdown of the costing.

It took around 3hrs for them to have both the rear shocks replaced.

Good value for the money. Changed all 4 of my shock absorbers with their refurbished units. They keep the old units and its part of the deal they they give us. Only the shock absorber unit is changed, all the springs and boot covers of the unit they use our old ones. Just dont get surprised, thats another reason they can give 49k shock absorber unit for just 9k. They’d take about 3-4 hours for the job in a busy day.

Over and all a good experience. The characteristic of the vehicle changes noticeably.

Mareena Shock absorbers is the best place I found after searching through a lot to get my shocks Done. I am very happy with Service that was Provided to me. I'm satisfied with their job and also their prices are very reasonable. I did Save lot in comparison to Prices that was Quoted Elsewhere. Highly recommended!

One of the worst place. They advised me to replaced all 4 shock absorbers and after replacing I didn't feel any comfort. They kept my original shocks. I asked them to returned them because I didn't feel any comfort. But they refused. Then I called one of their manager his name is Shabeer. Without resolving my issue he blocked my mobile no. Don't go to this place even in an emergency. I'm trying find contact no of the owner of this company.

Don't go to this place. They will advice you to change all 4 shocks after test drive and rip you off. I have gone to replace rear shocks and they asked me to replace front shocks as well. I didn't feel any comfort after changing front shocks. They will keep your original shocks and replaced with their referbished shocks. If you cannot afford new shocks only referbished the original shocks comes with your vehicle.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Everyone here is trynna rip you off! Customer service is absolutely horrendous, they speak to you like you are lying. Really bad experience, changed all 4 shocks in my Honda ek3 and the comfort of the drive further reduced with more weird sounds when the shocks are working (goin thru a pothole), the manager who did the test run before repairing the shocks said that the sounds did come from the shocks, the same sounds that are still there after the so called 'repair', which are also now very conveniently 'not coming from the shocks'.

They are not willing to accept that it's a problem of the shocks despite 2 independent mechanics I know saying it is and to confirm I also went to one of the mechanics that they recommended and even he said the sounds and everything is coming from the shocks but the managers aren't willing to still accept its a problem of the shock and say that they check the pressure using a machine and that the shocks are absolutely perfect despite 2 mechanics with extensive experience, and 1 unknown mechanic recommended by Mareena saying otherwise. Their solution was for me to buy new shocks and come back to check which is not even a remotely acceptable solution, it's like when a mechanic doesn't fix an engine properly and says to buy a new engine and come back to check, I will not entertain such stupid solutions and if I had to buy new shocks anyways just to prove to them what 3 mechanics are sayin, I wouldn't have fixed the shocks with this absolute ripping off, garbage shop and paid money to them and them saying to buy new shocks to prove myself regardless of what the mechanics are sayin is something I find quite ridiculous as they are a shock repairing shop and they know full well that the clientele they get are coming to repair shocks as an alternative to buying new shocks, not to both repair and also buy new shocks and them even suggesting this peculiar solution is just absolutely weird and proves that they are trynna cheat and rip-off the customers coming here.

To anyone who's trying to come here to fix their shocks: You've been warned, if you value your money and expect a good service, Just please don't! Either save up and get some new shocks or find a better place to repair the shocks and please let me know as well when you find such a place, maybe The work of Mareena used to be good, but it surely is quite bad now.

I had bad experience please don't go there if you are expecting 50% as low price than original one go for brand new ones very very bad experience I ahd with them.
I call them soany time and went there for 3 times but the problem was remain as its. Please think twice.

Not satisfied with the job at all. Cannot recommend this place to anyone cz its not worth the price. I have a feeling that I been cheated by them. I changed all 4 shocks in my vehicle cus they advised me but not even a slight difference felt in the drive.

After one year all 4 shock absorbers are completely gone! Don't cheat people like this hope you all will die!

Ur services are very bad. Zero customer support. I have replaced two of the rear shocks absorbers, now its been only 3months and it has bean broken and replaced 2times.
And again it has been damaged, when I call ull, ur r saying that we have have no stock to replace. (pannipitiya branch) is this how you do business? U don't recommend this at all.

Recently visited to repair rear shocks. Good customer service, Great staff, reasonable price. Overall a decent experience.

I was very impressed about this place as i never thought it would be soo much eazy to get the job done.the mechanical person was very kind and the had one of the best and reasonable price among others.
